This is the worst hairdressers I have ever been to. It started when walking in, where instead of being greeted, a waiting chair was just pointed to. After 5 minutes or so my hairdresser showed me to a chair where I was gowned. She was still working on someone else but came over and took a very brief look at my colour. I tried to explain that I wanted it to be lighter than it was currently but she didn't really take much notice, I assumed she would come back to discuss further but she came back with the foils and colour and just started work. She managed to put a whole head of highlights on in under half an hour - something which I know is not possible unless you are doing a rush job. I was brought over to the sink about 10 minutes after the last foil went on and as suspected, when I left and subsequently went and had my highlights re-done 1 week later, everyone said it looked like they hadn't been done at all. As for the cut - the same hairdresser, got into a full on argument with the other hairdresser about who would cut my hair, resulting in her storming out for a cigarette. She reluctantly returned and just started cutting. I have never had such a bad haircut - she tried to disguise the appalling job she had done by moving my parting but when I got home I had to cut at least an inch off one side myself as it was wonky! I had to take a day off work a week later to get my whole hair redone. Please don't visit this awful place - they ruined my hair and I had to pay a lot of money to get it sorted out again.

I LOVE MY NEW HAIR!! I bought my voucher and it was fantastic value for money. My colouring is spot on and my cut the best I had in years. I have since been back and happy to pay full price. I will continue to go back to Natasha. Not only is she lovely and proffesional she made me feel a million dollars. I bought a voucher for my friend and she is over the moon with her hair. She is also planning to return soon. Capelli is now my new hairdressing salon. I am surprise by the few bad reviews, but then someone always have to complain. For hair to burn it must have been in a real state to start with, probably went there as it has been so messed up by other hairdressers.

I had a KGB voucher for highlights, cut and blowdry. The colourist matched the highlights to my natural haircolour beautifully and helped to tone down a previous poor bleach job. She did a lovely job and my hair looks really natural.

The owner shampooed, conditioned and cut my hair. He was pleasant and chatty and has done a wonderful job cutting my hair. He also didn't blow dry my (slightly longer than shoulder length) hair into a mushroom around my face which I really appreciated. I have had several comments on it already and I only had it done this afternoon.

I am certain these reviews are fake - they appeared at the same time as the vouchers and the service is AWFUL!!! DO NOT BUY THESE VOUCHERS.

I had a KGB voucher and was made to feel incredibly welcome and comfortable on arrival. Kirsty the colourist had a good chat with me about how I would like my colour and offered some suggestions, the results were fantastic. Adil cut my hair and again listened to what I wanted and did a superb job. Overall the atmosphere in the salon is very friendly and relaxed, a local popped in for a fringe trim and spent longer chatting with the staff.
I've had many compliments on how great my hair looks and would happily pay full price to visit this salon again, as much for the conversation as the great results.

This place is a horrible tiny claustrofobic corner. The service is just awful and the staff can't be bothered even to look at your face. You will be lucky to have someone to answer the phone to book an appointment. The guy who does the haircuts and is the owner is just awful! Racist Egyptian man. His haircuts look like if you were bitten by a horse. Please beware he is rude and agressive when approached. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My friend had problems with them too as they burnt her hair badly and they wouldn't even apologize or refund any money. As per the Egyptian man it was her shampoo's fault! Unbelivable! She had to spend a lot to have it back to normal. Avoid if you want to have a lovely hair.
