The salon is disorganised and not well staffed in terms of admin/front of house. I waited for half an hour for my appointment and was very rushed for my best friend's wedding as a result. The salon feels a bit grotty though the lady who did my hair was lovely and very good at what she does.

I had a manicure, which was okay. It was quite rushed as there had been some problems with the booking system and there were too many bookings for the number of staff available.

bit of a disaster with the booking system, I got there and there had been multiple double bookings for massages and other treatments, felt sorry for the girl on desk as apparently the owners put the salon on so many sites like this and groupon but they aren't aware of these bookings. Actual wax itself was fine, nice girl doing it, but it was in a corner of an open room with a curtain drawn round so felt slightly public for bikini waxing. Probably wouldn't go again.
Hollywood Waxing
Admittedly there was a mix up with my daughters appointment as I was contacted and it was changed from the 2nd of May to the 3rd, it seemed clear there were some administration problems, probably due to the success of the groupon vouchers. My daughter was nervous and Zara made the haircut experience friendly and professional, and restored trust in my daughter with her careful skill and pleasant, kind personality. Very impressed, thank you Zara, she is very pleased with her hair cut :)
The salon was short staffed and the other clients were kept waiting. The person attending to me (the only person staffed) seemed unsure of where the things were and what to do. Also the utensils used were not properly sterilised prior to her using them on me.
The salon definitely looks much better in the photo than what it actually is!
