Great instructors, and range of activities. Very knowledgeable.
I went looking for motivation to help me to (re)kick start my fitness, and it did just that.

This was a brilliant experience. The instructional staff were first rate, treating us all equally irrespective of age, shape, size or fitness level, and were very supportive. It was extremely hard going, but then I didn't go for it to be easy. I found out how hard I could push myself and realise this is not just the sort of activity for the superfit, as long as you are prepared to put in the effort. I met some lovely people who I hope to keep in touch with, and certainly plan to keep up the exercise regime I have kick-started.

Excellent bootcamp. Exactly the kickstart I needed for this years fitness goals.

Will also visit the YHA hostel again, but not at half-term.

Even though I went to bootcamp on my own I was made to feel very welcome and meet up with some nice people.

The venue was very nice set in the heart of Derbyshire. It was nice for somebody else to take care of my meals which had all been well planned with nutritional value in mind.

The weekend was well structured and very organised and catered for all abilities.

All of the coaches were fantastic and very professional, nothing was too much trouble.

I came away from the camp more knowledgeable, fighting fit & raring to go.

I would not hesitate in recommending Brothers Bootcamp and hopefully will return again in the not so distant future.

My friend and I attended a 2 day bootcamp early February 2013 in Moira Derbyshire and it was fantastic! The location is spot on and surrounding countryside gorgeous. Before we got there we were a bit concerned that we'd be stuck eating rabbit food for the weekend so smuggled in some naughty chocolate, sweets and alcohol (just encase) but we didn't need them and brought them all home again!

The food portions are smaller than I am used, but that just shows I have been eating wrong and I wasn't left hungry once. It was delicious, filling and healthy.

The camp caters for all sizes, ages and levels of fitness and whilst being supportive and motivating they were not at all partonising or belitting and didn't bully you or make you feel bad if you couldn't do an activity.

They are all about healthy eating and living rather than counting calories which made a refreshing change. You'll learn exercises you can do for free at home without the need to go to the gym. It's training for the mind as well as the body and the staff are so passionate it's hard not to get caught up in it all.

I must admit I was apprehensive before I went and concerned that everybody there would be superfit and I wouldn't be able to keep up but I was wrong. There is a diverse range of people that attend of all sizes, shapes and ages and all up for a laugh!

It is hard but completely enjoyable and leaves you feeling motivated and confident for the future! Highly recommended to all! x

As a returning bootcamper, I think this says it all, but.....
I did three days with some friends (one did only a 2-day camp) in early March.
There is no focus on competition in the group, which is good as it means that people of all fitness levels get involved together.
The camp was really well organised and the instructors were very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating.
The sessions were varied, so not an overload of the same thing all the time, also accommodating of all fitness levels.
The food and accommodation were also really good.
Those people doing just the 2-days missed out on a nutritional session on the 3rd day which is a really useful part of the bootcamp.
We will certainly be looking forward to returning again soon.

One point for consideration- bootcamp really does need people who want to be there, so don't go along 'just to keep your mate company'- they will fit in fine alone!

Myself and nine friends and family have just returned from the most fantastic 3 day fiteness package at Brothers Boot Camp Sherwood Forest, our ages ranged from 20 - 50 with varying fitness levels and everyone one of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our Boot Camp instructors for the weekend were Ash & Carly and they immediately put us all at ease with their friendly welcome quickly introducing us to the rest of the people attending the Boot Camp; these were individuals and smaller groups and thanks to Ash & Carly's easy and friendly nature we all quickly became one large integrated group.

We were given our itinerary for the weekend and within the hour had started I can honestly say I have never worked so hard but had so much fun. The instructors were encouraging, enthusiastic and so engaging that it rubbed off on us all and we were soon working hard and encouraging each other to try our best.. We didn't have the best weather (cold, rain & snow at times) but it really didn't dampen our enthusiasm Ash rose to the challenge admirably in providing a packed and varied programme that catered for all the different levels of fitness and had the additional problem of the weather but this really added to the fun.

Carly's informative talks of nutrition & food were excellent and if you will pardon the pun gave us all food for thought. We also had a welcome session with a yoga instructor on day two and given the option of paying for a massage which I gratefully took up and can honestly say it left me ready for the final days work.

The food provided was plentiful and nutritious and certainly welcome after all our exertions, the staff at the Youth Hostel were friendly and accommodating and while the rooms were snug they were clean and warm.

I really cannot recommend Brothers Boot Camp highly enough the whole weekend was above and beyond my expectations and my group all agreed such excellent value for money we all gained tremendously from the the whole experience and have vowed not only to put into practice what we have learnt but to return later in the year. I have never worked so hard, tried such a varied range of keep fit and laughed so much. I met some lovely people whom along with Carly & Ash's knowledge and enthusiasm made it so enjoyable.

Me and my mum went to Brothers 2 day residential Bootcamp this weekend and enjoyed it way more than we ever imagined. We were both a little nervous about going as it is something we had never done before, but we didn't need to be, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as were the other bootcampers!
There was a hanging around period of no more than an hour when we arrived, where each group/individual were welcomed by the group leader then the workouts begun! Even with such a big group there were enough instructors to ensure that everyone could work at their own comfortable pace with enough encouragement to push ourselves.
The food was good too, and very accommodating for fussy eaters (as long as you let them know, they will add an option for you if you don't like something)!
We will definately be heading back to Brothers in the future and if we lived closer (we live in London) would definately start doing their group exercise sessions!
Thanks again for a great weekend, and motivational start to achieving our goals!!

Even though I am a regular exerciser I was initially a little bit nervous about attending a bootcamp as I just didn't know what to expect but I had so much fun that I didn't want it to be over. The concept behind Brothers Bootcamps is fantastic. It was so great to learn how to train outside of the gym and really puts the fun back into exercise. It is so easy to get stuck into a rut, doing the same things at the gym and not really making any progress that it was lovely to get my excitement for training back again. The staff are friendly, fun, patient and knowledgable and I felt as though everybody was treated equally no matter what their level of fitness. I would recommend this weekend to anybody, from somebody who is just starting out and wants to know what they are capable of and where to start, to somebody like me who just wants to enjoy a weekend of exercise in a beautiful setting. The value for money is amazing and I will definitely be back again in the New Year!

Not having much confidence myself my visit at bootcamp was both warm and welcoming a true indication of how my time there would be spent. Everything about the brothers bootcamp was fantastic ! their attitude and their genuine disire to make a difference to enable you to achieve your goals and also provide a very high standard of professional experiance. I immensely enjoyed my time at camp and i feel i have gained some building blocks now in which to help and support me in my goals...with on going support now from the brothers i know i can achieve and get where i want to be also put into practise everything i have learned from them. I shall be visiting them again as this bootcamp is like no other ! a certain boost in my confidence for sure !

Attended a weekend bootcamp with the Brothers in September this year and it was such a great experience.

Venue - we stayed at the Sherwood Forest YHA and they looked after us really well. The rooms were warm and clean and the food was plentiful and tasty. Think we were all worried that we would go hungry but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised by it. I didn't feel hungry at all for the whole weekend. We were 4 to a room so it was quite cosy but everyone bonded really nicely in their rooms.

Instructors - they really made the weekend, all 5 of the guys who covered the weekend were great. Lots of different personalities but all friendly and hard working and they really helped me achieve loads in the weekend. I would never have thought I could have done as much as I did but by the time we finished I was psyched up and really motivated to carry on with a fitness campaign I started about 10 weeks before. Ash was the main instructor for the weekend plus we had Mikey, Danny, Matt and Danny. They say they won't shout at you and they don't - but they do push you.

Exercise - we have a great mix of exercise across the weekend. Highlights were the 6/7 mile pre-breakfast hike (we got lost) and the 10 mile senario walk. I also learned to love kettle bells :-) Boxercise was great for getting out all that stress and tension.

Afterwards - when I weighed in a week after my boot camp I had lost half a stone. Very pleased with that but for me it's the longer term effects that I am most pleased about. The weekend really motivated me to continue with my exercise routine and push it up to another level.

I was terrified before I arrived at boot camp but can absolutely say that I enjoyed the whole thing and would recommend these guys whole heartedly. It's a new business and really deserves to do well.

Thanks guys.
