What happened to the good ols traditional methinds? Waxing the eyebrows makes them grow faster, it does not look as clean as if they were removed traditioanlly. Otherwise the salon is ok.

I had my teeth whitened with Bright Whites and was very disappointed with the result.

The process was really uncomfortable. Your mouth is clamped open for about 45 mins then something that smells like chlorine from the swimming pool is applied to your teeth then the laser is held over your teeth for 5 rounds of 4 Minutes. The smell was awful and it felt like the bleaching fluid was dripping down the back of my throat which gave me a slightly burning sensation. I kept thinking no pain no gain so I continued with the treatment. After all of that I looked in the mirror and my teeth weren't any whiter.

For the next 10 days I couldnt brush my teeth as my gums were red raw. Everytime I put a tooth brush near my teeth my gums bled.

I complained to the company and was offered another session which I declined. THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS. They did send me a home whitening kit but it didnt look like any of the home kits I've done in the past so I'm pretty apprehensive about using it.

Be very careful before booking with Bright Whites. My teeth if anything looked more discoloured almost green ish and my gums are still more sensitive then they were before.

All in all this was an enjoyable consultation.the premises were clean, the therapist was pleasant and very helpful. She answered all my questions and set my mind at peace regarding the upcoming teeth whitening session.

I have mixed feelings about the actual treatment... I had a preliminary consultation with the therapist and did my research on their website and the treatment reviews. In this sense, I wasn't surprised about the procedure and the purchase I had to make after the treatment. The premises were clean, the therapist was pleasant and very helpful. She answered all my questions in the initial consultation and kept reassuring me. I was not expecting to get gleaming white teeth but was hoping that my teeth would be considerably whiter then they actually are after the procedure. Though, my teeth felt super clean/smooth/polished and somehow even in colour. I followed the white diet for 48 hours as requested and try to stick using the dearly purchased whitening toothpaste (about £50). As mentioned, my teeth do not look super white and to be honest, I don't really see any improvements with the whitening toothpaste either. The toothpaste tastes of chlorine and I don't have a 'fresh' feeling in my mouth after using it. So I use it in combination to my usual one...

I travelled to brightwhites from basingstoke so not only did i pay for the procedure it was a costley journey and i walked out of there no different to when i walked in!!! very dissapointing!.... Also knew nothing of the added paste that is supposed to be needed for two weeks after which was an extra £50 plus when i was told about this paste i was then informed they didnt have any as the deliverly had not turned up and would need to post it too me! The most disspointing thing from the whole visit is walking out there feeling and looking no different especially for the amount of money i paid... i will not be recommending this atall!

I found the treatment relaxing and the results for my eye lash extension were first rate. The eye lashes were long and natural and the therapist had taken care to ensure the length and volume I required.
The lashes lasted about 3 months and i will be going back for a top up

The place was ideally located, easy to find. The staff were friendsly and warm, and the consultation I had was very informative. I was looking at dental care information, and was given some great great advice. thanks!

Great place and location, I think is over priced but enjoyed the service and environment. The standards are average, or at least what one would expect. I would recommend the place to others

The clinic was fine and easy to get to; I did like the people much as they were very friendly and helpful. They explained all in detail and were very clear so that was great. Not sure if I want to do it again to as it made my teeth sensitive.

After signing a form that the whitening process is very different for each individuals and any staining or discolouration could happen, I had the uncomfortable but painless treatment done. The staff was friendly. My teeth came out whiter then expected, I was told by the therapist plus shown on her colour board. One thing you have to consider before going to get this kind of whitening: after it you should not eat any coloured things for 48 hours. you have to follow a white diet (completely white... rice etc) if not your teeth can discolour easily. I think such thing a customer should be informed about before buying this.
plus it gets better: I HAD to BUY a special tooth paste after the treatment. because it was needed to finish the treatment properly!! The special toothpaste cost me 40£. very disappointing and something a client has to be informed about after. Wahanda gave me a 5£ voucher after reporting but I still feel fooled... VERY bad service. I did't even get a receipt after I've asked for it several time! They could not do it at the place the treatment was held so I've asked them several times to send it to me per email because I need it for my teeth insurance claim. I still have received NOTHING.

Staff was very welcoming. However I did not see much difference after the procedure and I was not aware that I would have to purchase some maintenance products, not included in the package. I would not choose this treatment again.

This was my first time to have teeth whitened and I didn't know what to expect. The therapist took me through the procedure and answered all my questions. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure was painless and quick.

This treatment is held at Scin which I normally love. They have amazing facilities, very friendly and very relaxing. But Bright Whites is a different company downstairs. The therapist was running 30 mins late and didnt come out to tell me anything despite me asking reception several times. When she finally did come out, she didnt even apologise. My treatment was meant to be eyelash extensions and eyebrow shape, as she was running late, she didnt do the eyebrow shape. She acted like it was my fault and my eyelashes had taken longer than expected, but she was running late. She wouldnt complete the treatment as she didnt want to be late for the next appointment. Not impressed!!

I booked eyelash extensions with Bright Whites through KeyNoir, a deal website. i had them a couple of years ago from another company and loved them. When I went to get them done this time I had the worst experience. Let me preface this review by saying that Scin, the clinic where this therapist rents space, is very nice and the permanent staff there are very capable and professional. The Bright Whites therapist Sandra, was not very friendly and asked no questions before she started (I had to tell her that I wore contacts). I should have known better and cut my losses at that point. She asked me lay down on the therapy bed that she had been using all day and had not changed the towels. I know this because I asked her and she said she didn't have anything to change it with. As soon as she put the pads on my eyes, I felt an irritation and she assured me this was normal. When she finished (45 minutes which eyelash extensions should usually take at least an hour and a half) I was horrified. Not only did they not even look like I had extensions, they were clumpy and my eyes were red. I almost asked her to remove them then and then decided that I didn't want her anywhere near my eyes. I got home and removed them myself and sent her a text saying they were irritated and I was not happy. I got a very passive aggressive response 2 hours later saying that if she had time she would remove them the following day for £25 pounds. What a joke. Please do not go to this therapist. i am just happy I was able to remove them and not damage to many of my natural lashed. Thank goodness she did such a bad job and only attached a few clumps here and there. She really was not good and also burped the whole time during my treatment. It was not relaxing and really quite gross.

Really impressed with the final result, the eyelash extensions look so natural friends keep asking what mascara i'm using because they've never seen my lashes look so amazing. The therapist was perfect too, she was friendly, professional and did everything to make me feel comfortable which is very important because you need to keep still for 90 mins on a bed while they are being applied. Im looking forward to going back when i need in lays done infact. For anyone considering if eye lash extensions are worth it or not, i would completely say yes! Apart from the first 24 hours when you have to stay away from water, they are very easy to maintain. The extensions feel weightless, saves you from applying eye make-up in the morning, and your eyes look beautiful all the time, even when you've just woken up.

I came here for lash extensions. It took me an hour to get to the salon for my booking and when I got there was told it was the therapist day off. I had to contact the owner who said that she had me booked in for the week before but I was a no show. How can this be when I only made the booking 2 days earlier?? I had to rebook and when I turned up to my appointment, I had to wait a further 20mins. Although the end result was ok, I will not be using this place again.

The room was very ambient and relaxing with good music, however I did get very uncomfortable after lying down for one and a half hours. The result was worth it however, the lashes were amazing, so long but still natural-looking. It appears the amount of time she put into it brought about the desired look as she used up almost all of my natural lashes to put the extensions on. Would definitely go back again.

Really pleased with this, I read through a few reviews before purchasing and was unsure but I am pleased with the results. Salon is lovely, early morning and late evening appointments which was great for me, City worker. Therapist was friendly and helpful. Loving my new smile!

My partner and I had this treatment done and were very happy with the results. You could see that both our teeth were whiter. The therapist was very helpful and explained the treatment to us. Friends have noticed and I was very happy with the outcome.

I had this done and was disappointed as my teeth were no whiter than when I went in. The therapist did compare my teeth to whitening chart before she started, but not after whitening and I did not notice until after I left otherwise I would have seen my teeth were no whiter - I even asked friends and family if they noticed any difference and the answer was always "no". This treatment does not do what it claims - I would not recommend it to anyone.
