Joyce set up Brides and Beauty in 2006 and she has built Brides and Beauty's reputation on offering a friendly and specialist service for all people, men included, providing expert help and advice on treatments, make-up brands and application techniques as well as styling and makeovers. Specialising in bridal make up and wedding hair in Berkshire, Brides and Beauty is also available across the South East!

Joyce regularly appears as a beauty expert in newspapers, magazines, online and on BBC Radio Berkshire as part of Speakers Corner. She has written articles for Salon Magazine, Vitality Magazine (BABTAC), Lime magazine (London) and Cosmopolitan magazine (UK).

Continual training is essential to keep Brides and Beauty ahead in the beauty therapy industry. Joyce regularly attends professional training classes and during the last 18 years she has attended the Professional Beauty London, International Beauty Show in New York, Afro Hair and Beauty Show, Dermalogica Congress Istanbul, MAC Make up Masterclass at BAFTA, Salon International at Excel, Olympia Beauty, Cosmetic News Expo, IMATS, The Make Up Show Berlin and LA, UMAE London.

Joyce passionately believes that every woman in the UK, regardless of their skin tone, should have access to professional skin care, beauty advice and treatment. Her aim is to champion the cause of skin care and make-up in the UK, so that all women can enjoy suitable top quality products that are easily available in high street shops and which are manufactured to high standards specially to suit their needs.

For the last 4 years Joyce works as a volunteer for the charity Look Good Feel Better to help women with cancers that are being treated with chemotherapy teaching skincare and make up workshops.

Brides and Beauty provide make up artist and hair services in Berkshire, Surrey, London, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Dorset. We also travel nationally and Internationally for destination weddings.
