My daughter and I booked this spa day through lastminute.com and added one extra treatment each. However when we arrived the extra treatment hadn't been booked and no appointments were available. We weren't very happy with this but the receptionist said if we wanted to swap one of the treatments for another we could. We both had a facial instead of the manicure or pedicure included in the package. It was excellent just like the other treatments. Unfortunately, the spa facilities weren't up to scratch. No individual changing rooms so had to change in communal which neither my daughter or I like (she's 25 and I'm 62 so it's not an age thing). Only 6 loungers by the pool, all of which were occupied all day so we had to sit on two upright chairs which was far from ideal on a 'relaxing' day. The quiet room had only 2 beds and a fairly uncomfortable bench so the first time we went in there was no room, 2nd time I had to sit on the bench until somebody went out. We didn't feel the facilities came any where near the standard of the treatments. Restaurant was nice but the included lunch was rather limited and offered a couple of choices and a lot of jacket potato combos. The staff were all very professional and friendly. A good day but could have been so much better.

I had a great day with my daughter. The facilities were lovely and clean. It had a very relaxing atmosphere and the spa treatment was divine. I really couldn't fault it. I would definitely visit the spa again. We had our treatment side by side which meant we could spend the whole time together. We had afternoon tea later in the restaurant - not part of the spa deal but lovely all the same - although another half a round of sandwiches and one less cake would have been better. Back to the gym I think!

Beautiful hotel, spa is fantastic and treatments were great. Lovely relaxation rooms kitted out with an array of complimentary herbal teas. Great value for money. I would not hesitate to go back.

It was okay; staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. I had to work out a lot for myself. The facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Wasnt awful but I wont be back.

The mud serial treatment was a relaxing and enjoyable experience (+ great fun too!)
The Spa was very busy on the day we chose to go and there were insufficient loungers or areas in which to just sit and relax.
Staff were friendly and accommodating but mud on the changing room and toilet floors was less than expected.
Watch out for the arrival of children late afternoon - the atmosphere changes a lot!

Having visited other spa facilities I was slightly disappointment by the pool and changing area. The pool was very cold, and so was the small changing area. The showers were in need of maintenance as some were missing shower heads. Sadly we could not stay the whole day as originally planned as we were too cold. There were only 2 sun loungers which was a pity as well as there was no where to chillax and read as they were taken.

On the plus side the mud treatment was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and approachable. Although this was ok we do not plan to return again and will look for alternative spa venues for future spa days.

We recently visited Lingfield Park for the first time and were really impressed with the spa. We have booked a back massage and enjoyed every minute. The staff were friendly and we look forward to booking night away son. Steve Bursil

Not a lot could have been better for this spa overnighter. We had a twin double room, where everything was lovely - modern décor, very comfortable beds and lovely shower room. The only quibble was that there were only two teabags provided, though staff were very obliging in getting more, when we asked. We both had a 30 minute massage, included in the package and with the heated beds, we both nearly fell asleep! The treatments were professional and very relaxing. We had a lovely late afternoon with a glass of wine on the patio in the sun, looking out over the racecourse and golf course (beautiful views). The evening meal was lovely and breakfast gave plenty of choice. Overall an incredibly relaxing stay at a very good price.

New/clean facilities but quite small and with very little places to sit and relax e.g only 3 beds in the relaxation room and about 10 chairs around the pool, therefore we had nowhere to sit and relax for about 30 mins and it wasn't that busy. Then around 4pm the pool was full of children, not very relaxing when you come to the spa to unwind from your own kids. Mud treatment was good fun and left skin feeling fab.

A beautiful spa with fantastic facilities. I would recommend this to anybody wanting a relaxing and pampering day with a lovely group of friends. Fantastic value for money and we all had a great day out and felt thoroughly pampered afterwards.

This is the second time I have been to this spa with a friend for the mud treatment. The facilities really are very well kept and the atmosphere very relaxing. The only difference was that the first time, the mud was removed by a gentle rain-like shower in the sauna, however this time round it was more like a monsoon! Not quite as relaxing, but my friend and I managed to have a giggle about it, and I would still definately come back again.

Prior to my manicure, I was allowed to use the facilities which was fantastic. Rated 4 out of 5 for the manicure as I was expecting a hand massage but didn't get one, but the manicure itself was very good.

I had a gel manicure which lasted 2 weeks. I enjoyed the relaxation room and steam rooom. The swimming had a relaxing atmosphere and the water in swimming pool was warm.
