Breathe Fitness

Breathe Fitness is a personal training company working in and around London, England. They specialise in training clients in the comfort of their own home, local park, workplace and gyms. We travel across the whole of London's zone 1 and most of zone 2 so if you are in any of these locations we can cater for you.

Breathe has been running since 2006 and has quickly established itself as one of London's top personal trainer businesses. We train clients from students to celebrities and feature regularly in the media writing features for magazines and newspapers.

Had a personal training session with Anthony and I was very impressed with his results-driven approach.

His instructions are very precise and he makes sure you are doing all the exercises correctly, assessing each time how to reassess the repetitions if the posture is not correct. For someone like me who is not very constant when it comes to exercising, a session with Anthony brings you back on track and afterwards you really want to stick to the programme. I asked not to push me to the limit as I didn't want to be too sore the following day and in fact I felt challenged while still being able to climb up and down stairs the following day!
