Difficult.....the setting was perfect the gym sauna and steam room clean and in full working order! The afternoon tea was amazing.......but a spa day with no pool to use as too chlorinated? ???? No jacuzzi.....out of order????? Not impressed😠

Lovely facial, amazing lunch. Good value for money. Slight mix up with appointment time which could have been helped if a confirmation email had been sent out after booking treatments. Also mini pedicure was rather rushed and left me with irritation (could have been the salts?). Other all though good value and lovely staff.

The treatments were very good and good value for money. The classes on offer were very limited, but it may have been just the day. Lunch was appetising with a good choice of menu.

Great facial not so happy with swimming pool area as there was no were to sit lots of noise and food was bought out all at once
