My second massage here at Mind and Body and it was another incredible full body massage. I have arthritis in my big toe joint and for the first time in two years, I have experienced no pain. I'm a distance runner and full-time yoga teacher, so it's a real treat to have this full body MOT. It allows me to continue to run and teach and feel amazing! I thoroughly recommend Mind and Body MOT 65

The whole experience at Body & Mind has been so authentic that I have been completely zoned out by the treatments I have received. I have felt so much more flexible and long term pains have been removed completely. I will return for further regular sessions and happily recommend them to anyone. Their cheery demeanor and exceptional experience along with the ambiance of the venue is wonderful.

Have been to and tried all manner of therapies for numerous ailments due to my physical work strains, back, neck, shoulders, knees, arms etc in fact it would be easier to list things i don't have trouble with! I can honestly say i get the best all round treatment at Body and Mind and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
