Body&Soul Zone is a private practice offering colonic irrigation/colonic hydrotherapy in a clean and relaxing environment carried out by a qualified therapist.

The equipment that we use, allows you to operate the colonic system in privacy while regulated by a therapist.

The therapist trained with the International Association I-ACT in London in odder to become qualified Colon Hydrotherapist and had further training at the Tiller Mind Body Institute in USA (Texas).

Feeling irritable, low in energy, exhausted, sensitive, sluggish, stressed, having problems sleeping? These signs and many more may mean that your body is in need of a detox. Due to modern lifestyles we are exposed to stress, processed/refined foods and other factors that build up toxins in our bodies that make us unhealthy and cause health problems. Me and my mum went today and we were both very satisfied with the whole experience as it was our first time for colonic hydrotherapy. Michelle was lovely and very helpful! I did read the comments below before my appointment but i though why not make an opinion of my own. We will go back in a few months! You must try it!

Not sure what the below people are complianing about, after reading these reviews I was nervous to go but thought I would check it out regardless as I had my Wowcher to use.

This was my first ever treatment so I was a little nervous but shouldnt have worried as I found the place easily, arrived 15 minutes before my treatment and didnt have to wait. The staff were excellent and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Will definately return, even from the other side of London and I think its a real shame this place has any bad reviews.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! What an awful little place and the service couldn't be worse. From the very beginning I found it extremely difficult to get through and book.
On the day of the booking i was running late and once again tried to call a dozen times to either move it or let them know and see if it was OK but no answer!!!!!!! So frustrating.
Of course when I arrived (bear in mind this is Ealing Broadway, which is a complete opposite side of town for me) I was told by this very unfriendly lady that 'there was nothing she could do'. NOTHING?!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS - RECONSIDER.

You were LATE. What do you expect, you want to make everyone else wait. Michelle did the right thing. She is amazing, the salon is amazing and I enjoy my visit every month. As I said to the other negative reviewer, get a life.

Well, don’t be late!

So I book the voucher on Groupon and my appointment was 13.00 on Sunday, I arrived in the reception at 13.08 (yes my bad but the place is very hard to find and their phones were continuously engaged) to be told I had missed my appointment and would cost me £20 to reschedule.

Evidently it says on the voucher you have to arrive 10 mins before your appointment time...... Therefore I asked 'was my appointment not at 12.50??' I am sure you can guess the answer...

Michelle the therapist was so unhelpful and actually quiet rude about the whole matter. I had travelled from Clapham 1 hour journey (13o today in London) so I suggested a) I book for another time in the same day b) cut my therapy short c) alternative treatment (in both cases paying the additional £20) answer was no no!

Left the reception at 13.10 to get back on the tube and persumably they just sat there from 13.10-14.00 chatting.

Realise I was late but found the whole situation unsettling and I am writing this to highlight if your LATE they won’t see you!! Even though it doesn’t say that on the voucher....

HOWEVER probably blessing in disguise if you read all the former reviews on this site....

I was in this place a couple of months ago to have a colonic hydrotherapy done and I can only say one thing: AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

It´s important to say that I have had many colonic hydrotherapy treatments before in other places and it has nothing to do with this.

Main reasons to avoid it:

1) The machine they use is not appropriate as there is only one single tube and not a double one. The appropriate machines for this have a double-closed tube: the first tube gets the liquid into your body and the second one expels your material out. So everything should be closed, hygienic and odour-free. In this venue they don´t have a second tube, so the disposal material that comes out from your body just falls into a recipient below you, as simple as that. This makes the system absolutey unhygienic and full of bad smell. You are exposed to catch all types of infections.

2) You are left alone in the treatment room without the staff assistance. In case you need the lady to come you are told to press a button. Then the lady comes but in 2 secons she´s gone again. Actually I had to press this button many times because the tube I had to use was not working properly and it was getting unattached. I was told by her that it was because "I was moving". I think the reason why was that the tube was not appropriate, as this never happened to me before.

3) During the treatment I was given a wool blanket (yes, you read well, a wool blanket and not a disposable one!) to cover the lower part of my body. I was absolutely shocked. The blanket was obviously covering the machine when I arrived in the room and it could be seen that it was not new but other people had used it! Absolutely unacceptable!

4) After the treatment I was told by this lady to "wash myself with the hand-held shower" that was attached to the machine. So I got up with all the dirtiness and used this shower as I could. At this point everything was absotutely dirty around me. Speechless.

5) When my treatment was done, there was already another person waiting to go into the room. I don´t know what type of cleaning they do in the machine and in the room, but just take into account the the receptionist and the lady in charge of the treatment are the same person. Shocking.

6) After the treatment I was sick with diarrhea for 2 weeks. I am sure the cause was this treatment.

I would never ever go back to this place. Absolute lack of hygiene in such a serious treatment as colonic hydrotherapy. I think I am really lucky I didn´t catch something more serious after this.

Thanks

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE FOR THE GROUP ON OFFER.

Firstly, I rang up to ask for directions and found the woman rude and unhelpful. I understand they were sent in an email but sometimes it's nice to actually talk to a voice and know who you're visiting.

It's stuck down an gated alleyway and has a very unwelcoming feel to it. It's cold and lifeless and just horrible.

When I arrived I was quite surprised to find out the receptionist was also the therapist. She got me to fill out a form and shoved a book about the gut in my hands and told me to read a page about something she couldn't ever diagnose herself.

The therapy room was cold and not relaxing at all. I was basically left to my own devices when I have never had this done before. She wasn't monitoring what was happening and instead just left me. I understand this might be the process in many places but the room left me feeling very uneasy.

I found the whole experience uncomfortable and since having it done I feel more tired than ever. I have stomach cramps, sickness, dizziness, period like pains and feel really quite ill.

If you really want to get this done, then pay good money and go to a better salon in somewhere like harley st. I will never be having it done again and if I was forced, I would never return back to this place.

Tedious to have to book by e mail and the new location is difficult to find. I have had this treatment elsewhere a number of times. There are many "heath and beauty" venues now offering this treatment as a sideline; many don't know what they are doing. This salon/clinic is the real deal. The therapist - Charlotte - was professional, caring, competent and informative. I had not had this type of colonic before - I didn't realise that there were two types - it was very effective and the day after I feel great! And really good value was offered re. follow up treatments. Summary - hard to book, hard to find, well worth the effort to do both, recommended.

I had a previous colonic treatment using Wahanda's voucher and the deal was very good and confortable, this time the treatment was ok, the theraphist was friendly but the proccess it's a bit uncomfortable because everything has to be done by yourself, the therapist just give you a guidance about what to do plus the facilities look a bit old.

Well, what an experience !!*!!
I've never had this therapy before, and was a little bit 'scared'.
The staff were excellent, they was extremelly helpful, very informative and friendly, which made me feel at it.
Unstandably I had some stomach cramps, but they soon subsided.
After the treatment had finished, I felt really good........
Would I ever do it again...... MOST DEFINATELY !*!
Going back in 4-6 weeks time.

I went for my allocated apt and waited for ages, apparently someone had rubbed it out of the diary, and they have moved to premises around the corner. The therapist couldn't have been more apologetic, and offered me an extra complimentary session, which more than made up for the faux- pax.
It was different to the colonics I'd had before, but I had a very good clear out! The therapist was lovely and helpful and I will go again.

The location of this salon is very convenient, being a 5/10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway Tube station, and is easy to find, just off the main high street. The staff/therapist was friendly and put me at ease, especially as I was having a style of CI I was not aware of before. In terms of the treatment, I would recommend this method for colonic irrigation as it is self-directed rather than with a therapist. It is very different to the usual method but results are quicker and more effective, which I was very impressed with. I would say it is not for everyone though as you have to be comfortable with doing it yourself with assistance from the therapist where neccessary. With the Wahanda deal of £39 it is very good value and I plan to go back there again for future treatments. Recommended.

After trying to find the place as the wahanda map was wrong was glad to get there, the clinic is downstairs was kind of expecting a more glam venue, but after the nice therapist who greeted me (michelle) was feeling a bit better. As for the treatment where some people say its relaxing? I thought different at the time, but was glad i went and had it done, but not good if you have a weak stomach, which i do. Would be nice if you could have a proper shower afterwards instead of a quick shower down. But overall good value for money.

The venue was pretty hard to find, as it was located in the basement of a hairdressers.
The owner / therapist was friendly. However, I would have liked a more thorough consultation and discussion prior to the treatment. Also there was no real follow up suggestions given after the treatment.

Would do again, but probably at another establishment.

My second visit and again Michelle was lovely and the treatment was better than last time as maybe it cleaned deeper. Granted is uncomfortable but I felt great afterwards, slept like a baby just like Michelle said I would. Will go back in a couple of months, love this treatment and would recomment it and this place to anyone.

The salon was in the basement of a hairdressing shop. It was little dingy but the reception area and treatment rooms are clean. The therapist was very good, and explained everything well and did her best to make me feel at ease. I was offered further treaments at the reduced price of £39.00. It was not an entirely pleasant experience for me, but that is from a personal point of view.

agree its not friendly at all, I enjoyed my treatment because I prefer being on my own but the therapist made very unpleasant comments and made me just feel uncomfortable, like ' you will pooh everywhere' etc.not nice.
