Blushious Contour

Blushious Contour offers make up services and semi permanent treatments.

Micropigmentation also know as Semi-Permanent Makeup, Permanent Makeup or Cosmetic tattooing is a revolutionary method of applying pigment into the dermal layer of the skin. Some clients are confused because they have heard that the process is permanent from one source, and semi-permanent from another. The correct description is as follows:-

Permanent make-up and body tattooing are both types of micropigmentation; the colouration of the skin by implantation of dye molecules under the skins surface. The pigments which are implanted into the skin will remain there forever. Laser tattoo removal will only damage the skin, causing it to promote healing and skin regeneration. It will appear to the eye that the pigment has been removed.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as semi-permanent micropigmentation or semi-permanent tattooing. Although tattoos may fade ( the shallower the pigment is placed in the skin the more it will fade as the skin regenerates ) the tattoo will always remain visible to a greater or lesser degree. The pigment itself is completely stable, which means that it will always maintain its colour; it will never change. It is regeneration of the skin that appears to fade the tattoo.
