I hope my pc doesnt crash before i finish this review. For that reason, i'll start with a conclusion; don't treat yourself to this terrible show.
Went in, no one greeted me for ten mins. I hung up my coat and was handed a cloak to put on. Was offered a drink (I'm still waiting). Consultation: what colour do you want? Brown, have you a colour chart? Basically no input from hairdresser. When i decided she went away to mix. Another girl returned with bowl of dye. Asked me to lie down on the chair. (Please buy proper chairs) slapped on the dye and then asked me what colour it was. This didnt give me great confidence as you can imagine! My forehead, ears, neck, face covered in black hair dye and still are. Hair dye left on for 45mins! Was told 30mins and timer was set. Salon could do with some major tlc. After 45mins was sent to sink. My face and boobs got more of a soaking then my hair. I was the youngest client. I was asked to sign a form to say i took full responsibility for not having a patch test. I wasnt offered one. Hair was trimmed, forehead and ears scrubbed to remove hairdye (unsuccessfully). Blowdry was nice. Overall, i left close to tears. Pull your socks up SARC!
