The lady that waxed me was lovely and super professional. Was a shame about the space itself, felt a little unclean (dirty walls and just old). Could do with a refurbish. The rest of the staff didnt say goodbye when i said to them when I left which i thought was a little odd but overall, the actual wax itself was wonderful and painless free considering I looked like I was in the 70s :)

I had an individual eyelash extension appointment with Ket. She was brilliant ! She was patient and very sweet, really listen out to what the customer want. In addition, she also mentioned that if there are anything I was not happy with then I should go back to her and she would fix it for free. Attentive staff indeed.
