The champagne afternoon tea advertised did not include champagne even when staff members were asked and we explained was part of the package. Paid for adfitional treatment on the day of the value if £100 but still staff members wouldnt allow my wife and daughter out of the Spa saying the balance was still outstanding when the receipt for the payment was right in front of the receptionist. Overall poor customer services.
Amazing value for money. The staff are all amazing and welcoming. The place is super clean and the food and beauty treatments are top quality! Super happy
Lovely spa, although clearly well used and looking a little tired in some place.
Massage was amazing.
Swimming pool was lovely and the spa facilities were satisfactory.
Was great that it was so quiet - had a lot of the facilities to myself. Was a great value offer including afternoon tea and the treatment too - great value.
Clean and friendly environment. Spot on!
Could do with a bar. Perhaps on the rooftop overlooking the harbour. That would make it 5star
