I really enjoyed this experience. A great way to relax after a tough few weeks and I'll happily go back again in the future, even if it's for a relaxation treat than to resolve back issues. I was able to tailor the treatment according to my needs.
My mood had been quite low and I felt very stressed in the days before - afterwards I felt like a literal weight had been lifted.

Very good massage. the therapist took time to discover what result I was hoping to get from the massage. He listened and took account of the fact that I had been unwell the day before and was therefore feeling more delicate than normal. It didn't feel rushed in anyway and the time spent discussing the treatment beforehand was not taken from treatment time, which is unusual in my experience. Tailored to my wishes it was obvious that the therapist was working on what he was feeling during the treatment, not just following a prescriptive process that you get at many salons.
Very central location so easy to access - unless you want to park outside the door. Plentiful parking in Union Terrace.

Simply the best massage I have ever had - and I have had many . Ben listened to exactly what I expected from the treatment and tailored it exactly to my needs. He made me feel totally relaxed and two days later my shoulders still felt great. I will definitely make a return visit .
