I thought Lucy was very welcoming and she showed consideration for me by fetching an extra cushion for my neck
because it felt a bit stiff.
The salon was very clean and tidy and I was very pleased with my eyebrows.The only reason I did not give five stars right through was I would have been more comfortable lying on my back with my head supported.
