Blooms is conveniently located and looks understated from the outside. I booked last minute with them because they're open late and had a good price for Brazilian blow dry. Simone was kind, funny and did an impressive job on my hair. I have Afro mixed race hair but it made my hair straighter and softer than ever before. Feel silly to have hesitated so long!
