I had a good experience at this place. I felt that the staff were nice and friendly and the place was clean. I felt welcome and comfortable during the treatment and I would like to visit again.

A far way to travel for a non-special massage. Not sure if I will go back there.
The therapist was nice but nothing special. A shame as I was really looking forward to my massage.

I attended my last appointment in February (for a voucher I bought last year) when I spoke with the receptionist about the three appointments I want to fix for May/June. Furthermore I emailed Mariya Dimitrova (the owner of the business) who confirmed these appointments for me, only to discover upon my arrival at the premises they do not longer exist. And this message on the door was left by another business in order not to be disturbed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot belived these people can do such things and disappear during the Easter Bank Holiday (apparently) without an email/note/phone call and assuming they can disappear with our money! Nevermind my wasted time and money to travel to their premises from the other side of London.

Hi, I unfortunately had a bad experience as well. They cancelled my massage on the morning of my appointment, stating issues with the landlord. They said they would reschedule, but never contacted me or replied to my messages. They even redeemed my voucher. Thankfully wahanda are giving me a refund.

I was very happy with the ambience and the massage. Felt very relaxed and toned afterwards. I will definitely treat myself to another massage here especially I think as it is good value for money.

I was looking forward to trying this place because I live very near to this place. However, the booking process was very difficult- phoned- no answer, texted- no text, and email them- finally got a message a few days later saying it is fully booked up til May. I asked if my voucher can be extended, no answer... automated emails. In the end, I had to cancel my voucher. It is very disappointing. Hope they can improve the management. Probably they get so many clients and did not have enough staff to deal with. Maybe in future if I can try again, I will try...

I wanted to book the massage on 13th March. No answer over the phone, and I got an email saying, 'sorry we are fully booked up til May', with the link of their website where you can book the date in May. But I found that my voucher will expire the end of April. I emailed them again, but of course, no answer. I had to call Wahanda regarding this problem and had to get refunded. This shows no efficient customer service and management skills- get so many customers but no way to handle them. The area in Chiswick has so many massage/spa services now. They will not survive for long time if they continue such a manner to customers. I am very happy to go to other places!!

I had booked online (as requested by the merchant) and turned up for my appointment having paid £5 for parking. When I got there, the receptionist informed me that their online booking system is not reliable and that there was no record of my appointment. She offered me an appointment almost 2 months later in April or said get a refund from Wahanda.
Why offer an online booking system that is unreliable?

I cannot fault the ambience and serentiy of the place. very relaxing. However I dont expect to pay to have a facial that consists of cleaning, and a scrub, which i could do very easily at home, then just left with two mask applied one and the other. I could do that at home. Then the hot stone massage, meant to be a 45mins treatment which involved a 10 or 15min back massage, then stones left on my back, and my lower wasnt massage at all. just the back. The stones left for 15mins, then removed and that was it. wasnt even 45mins, and honestly I could easily have put a hot water bottle on my back and got the same sensation. I thought it would involve lots of massage, and the whole body.

Its a shame, as they have got it so right, with the ambience, and the heated couch..mmm, but the quality of the service leaves a lot to be desired.

What a great way to start a new week! A February Monday afternoon appointment found me travelling all the way to Chiswick to Blondes'n'Bronze, due to their massage therapists and value for money. Diego was my therapist on this occassion and he remembered how annoyed I was last time when we were in a bigger room which, although separated by a screen we could hear people passing to the little room contained within this bigger room!!!!!!!! The arrangement is funny to say the least, so if you want to have a grea experience, just like me, ask for the quiet small room.

Diego did an excellent job, just like in the past, that is why I call him Mr Magic Hands and probably not having an excellent command of English helps as other therapists tried to sell me all kind of stuff during the massage, which I found very annoying. But not Diego, he is simply great, I already booked my May-June appointments.

My First visit to the salon I left waiting for 45 mins in a cold reception. No greeting from the receptionist. No apology.

My treatment of a facial was rushed and unprofessional. Did not ask me my skin type or if I had any allergies.

My Indian Head Massage was the worst. The therapist did not use any oil. She pulled and tugged at my scalp for over 20 minutes. It was painful and uncomfortable. My scalp was throbing for hours afterwards.

Whe I got home I had to put oil on my scalp to sooth it and had to take a paracetamol for my headache.

Very poor service in fact one of the worst I have experienced and I have been having facials for 30 years.

Excellent therapist and treatment, couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was however hard to get an appointment and the reception doesn't seem to answer phone calls, had to try over and over again- this is an area where there is definitely plenty of space for improvement!

Great location - just few minutes from the station.
It was easy to book, which is great.
Staff is polite, and the therapist was experienced.
Thinking to go again subject to offers

I keep returning to Blondes'n'Bronze for quite some time now and followed them from their location in Fulham to the new Chiswick location (which is visible distance from the tube station) for the same reasons: excellent staff and receptionist, with a great attitude and very professional.

The massages seem to always be very good and thank God for Wahanda where I can find all these great discounts allowing me to book with such easiness.

My January 2013 visit to this location, just like in the past, did not let me down. My therapist was a lovely lady from Poland who was very knowledgeable, polite and had very good hands for a tiny woman. Excellent.

a decent place and atmosphere. the staff were friendly. The therapist was nice and did well trying to get those knots out on my back. However Quite disappointed with the time of the massage. I received around 35-40 minutes instead of an hour. Thats absolutely unprofessional. Its like I was treated less just because I purchased a coupon. Not particularly happy with that.

My third or fouth visit to Blondes'n'Bronze and on this occassion I have to congratulate Diego, the massage therapist, who despite having a poor command of English, is one of the best massage therapist I came across: his big hands did wonders on my back and he has a very relaxing attitude noticing how stressed I was.

One thing which was extremelly annoying was the fact the room I was taken on this occassion had another treatment room separated only by some screens but imagine my amazement when some 30min into the treatement I heard the main room opening 4 times in order somebody to go to the smaller room!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I will have to ask for a different treatement room as I am sure no one would be pleased to be disturbed by this.

Also I wish a receptionist would always be at her desk and not to let me wait several minutes outside the building in the cold!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already booked other massages though as the therapists are very good , also because of the great value for money is worth travelling to location, despite changing so many lines.

The clinic was a nice place; there were no noises and the enviroment was quiet and calm. The therapist was friendly and nice. I had one facial that was quite good and hydrating. The pedicure was no good at all as it was just varnish, no proper pedicure as I expected (what it siad in the voucher/offer). I was happy with the back exfoliation and the skin looked and felt much better after it.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience in this place.

I went for a spray tan before going on holiday. It is conventiently located to where I live and was also attractive because of the cost of it.
They were short staffed and the woman dealing with me took me to a room downstairs which was very cold and bare. She asked me to undress and gave me the appropriate things to put on while she left me. She must have left me for about ten minutes (I was freezing) and when she came back she did not give me any barrier cream for my hands, knees or heals and asked me to stand in the tan tent. There was no order to how she sprayed me and it was over very quickly.
The next day the tan was AWEFUL!! I had a line of brown down the front of my leg...clear white marks on either side of my legs and a brown line at the back. there were patches of brown on my knees and arms. It is the worst spray tan I've ever had. It would have been better if I'd done it myself. I will never go back there.
