Amazing spa and an amazing treatment. The 85 minutes just whizzed by! I did end up getting a lot of calls from the staff relating to the appointment, which was not always easy to respond to, especially as the number they call from appears as withheld. Otherwise, fantastic experience, and great facilities.

Firstly, my pedicure was booked for 5pm but then a week before my appointment I got an odd phone call from the spa asking if I had cancelled my appointment (which I hadn't) when I said no they said 'Oh do you mind if we change your appointment to 6.30pm' which I said was fine as it was actually easier for me to get there for that time. Although it did seem very strange that they thought I had cancelled the appointment.

I actually arrived half an hour for my appointment in the end but they managed to see me earlier which I thought was very good of them. The pedicure itself was lovely and my feet feel and look amazing. I had the 'Rosey toes pedicure' which was very enjoyable, particularly the soak in the rose petal milk. However, the staff do talk over you a bit which I found quite unprofessional.

Overall, I was very pleased with the actual pedicure. However, when I got home I noticed tons of missed calls from the Spa when I rang them back they accused me of leaving the spa without paying. When I told them I had booked and payed with wahanda they claimed they had no record of that and asked me to forward my emails from Wahanda. I have now forwarded all my booking emails and have heard nothing from them since, not even an apology for the confusion. I feel that the reception staff are slightly unorganised what with the phone call about me cancelling my appointment before my appointment and then the phone call after my appointment about the payment.

Although the actual pedicure itself is very nice and they have a wonderful choice of Essie colours!

The best pedicure I have ever had. Extremely through and relaxing, perfect paint. Nice to sit and watch sex & the City during the treatment- complete Bliss!

Best manicure in London, have been visiting Bliss regularly for years. It was a shame about the lady sitting next to me on the phone swearing throughout my whole treatment. Staff should have asked her not to use the phone as the BIG sign in front of her States this.

It was very long which I didn't realise but it really cleanses and the person who did it is really ready to adapt to your needs. I liked it.

Great ambiance, treatment, products, staff and attention to detail. Heel lujah pedicure completely transformed my feet!

I have been going to Bliss for years, their nail treatments and facials are always incredible. You get what you pay for so the price is completely justified. This was the first time I booked through Wahanda and got a brilliant deal!

I love this spa. The décor, the products, the ambience are superb. The treatment itself - a heelolujah pedicure was the best I've ever had. Total attention and pampering and my feet looked transformed. I also loved that I was given a set of head phones and could watch an episode of Sex & the City whilst I was being treated. Bliss.

The massage was great. Bliss85 also involves a feet wrap and hot wax on an aching part of your body. It's all very relaxing.

Had a great and relaxing time at Bliss, when I had the cellulite treatment. It's not a harsh treatment. It's meant to get things moving in your body and initiate breakdown of fat and cellulite, but it does not hurt. I had the manual treatment, no machines involved and the therapist was great.

I had the Heel'-lelujah pedicure which was great, did the job and I had lovely feet after the treatment. A shame about the staff!! I have never had such an unfriendly therapist made me feel quite uncomfortable. I realise she was quite rushed with back to back treatments but seriously the Spa owners need to look at customer service and how customers can feel more welcome, after all we are paying quite a high price for treatments!

Good treatment and wet facilities but the spa room lacked atmostphere - do go for the quality of therapists but don't expect pampering - receptionist wasn't the most pleasant either

The spa is great, with helpful staff and a refreshments area filled with a variety of teas, and a calming ambience. The manicure was really relaxing and lasted a couple of weeks before chipping, though cuticles looked rough within a couple of days, despite oiling. The voucher was really good value, but they didn't seem to know about it, despite booking the appointment through Wahanda. Also, my manicurist seemed slightly disinterested as soon as I mentioned it to her, and shooed me out of my seat as soon as the top coat was applied, despite there being a few extra empty manicure tables available, and promptly forgot about me. The paraffin wrap was the best part!

My therapist was unfriendly and obviously couldn't be bothered to chat - though she was chatty with other people? Also managed to splash the foot soak onto my shoes although she attempted to clean it after. Other spa members were friendlier. Pedicure itself was done alright. At the end of the treatment I felt like I was hurried away mainly because of her poor attitude.

I've always known about Bliss Spa - both their products and the spa itself - but had never actually been before my trip yesterday. I was looking for a massage in the Chelsea area and with the 30% off Wahanda incentive on the Blissage85, this particular service became reasonably priced in comparison to other Chelsea/Fulham spas.

I arrived early due to worries of finding it (good to know I'm turning into my mum) and I was actually able to be seen earlier which was nice. My therapist, Heather, was unbelievably good and to be honest I couldn't recommend the blissage85 more. I was 'worried' the included warm foot treatment would mean sitting with waxy feet for 20 minutes and only 65 minutes of actual proper massage, so I nearly didn't book this treatment, but the warm wax (amaaaaazing, btw, not like hair removal wax!!!) was applied and then the massage started straight away, so you really do get 85 minutes of massage. No 'leaving the room to relax' nonsense, 85 minutes of pure attention! Heather was great at explaining it all at the beginning and then was perfectly silent once the massage was underway - nothing worse than being chatted to throughout a massage! She was amazing.

I'd have been happy if I'd paid the full price (it was a birthday treat to myself) but if the 30% discount continues I could see myself going more regularly than just birthdays, it really was so nice.

I loved being able to play with all the Bliss products in the shower room after too!

The relaxation lounge is small so I can imagine it's not quite so 'blissful' on weekends, but first thing in the morning on a weekday it was empty so I had all those brownies and issues of Vogue to myself :)

I use my gym for jacuzzi/steam/heated beds and all that, so I didn't want that from my experience yesterday, but don't go expecting 'spa facilities' like that...although there was a sauna.

Receptionist was a bit baffled by the Wahanda voucher, but her manager processed it fine. I was offered some products to buy but wasn't pressured into it at all, I can imagine you get that more with facials but massages don't have so much of the 'sell factor'.

Will definitely be back!

Great venue, clean, very friendly staff and good job ! highly recommend the pedicure ! you can book directly online and they also followed up to confirm the booking. I'll def book again.
