I read the reviews here and asked for Emma and my hair is now yellow , she bleached the hair all over at the same time so the front part is so white and yellowish and the back part is brown. i paid 60 £, my hair is damaged and everyone say i look not good. I am waiting fora week to do colour correction . I did not complain at the shop since they are quite busy with other customers and they did not really ask me how i wanted for my hair when i come in. I contacted them with email first and they told me that they will look my hair but i dun really think they look my hair enough since my hair turns out really bad. I am never going back them again. I thought the place is cheaper so i went. I would rather pay 80 pounds at my usual saloon then come here again for 60£ including toner. but if ur original hair is not black.. go ahead.. my hair is dark black and i think thats why they could n't handle it. i give 1 star and not coming back again ever.
This was my third visit and as I said before, I will happily keep going back. My only issue this time was that the highlights had a bit of an orange tint on top which only showed once my hair was dried. Emma offered to put a toner through it but I couldn't be bothered having my hair washed and dried again so decided to fix it myself at home. I used the Platinum Blonde colour reviver from Boots and it did the job. Other than that, great value for money, great service and the head massage is fabulous!

Staff were friendly and I got taken straight away when I entered the salon. I was only getting a bit of a trim so can't say too much about the quality of the cut, but overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Great salon, friendly staff and my cut and curly blow dry was done well. The pin curls stayed in over night and the curls lasted two days. I will be going back to get my colour done
