She looked annoyed by my appointement. I told her I had allergies and she didn't listen to me. In conclusion 10 min after waxing my bikini was burning me, my legs and underarm itching me. I had to rush on my shower as soon as I came back home letting my groceries on the floor. Never again.

The lady who did the waxing was very pleasant, however that is the only positive aspect of the experience. There were many issues;
The bed was dirty, and she hadn't even taken the time to put the paper sheet over it - I had to awkwardly stand around half naked while she decided to prepare the bed.
There was no pillow or any kind of head rest meaning I was quite uncomfortable.
She used the same stick to apply the wax the whole way through, and while some argue 'double-dipping' isn't an issue because the hot wax burns away any 'germs' (not that I'm entirely convinced of this anyway), she then proceeded to blow on the stick to cool it down every single time, which is unhygienic.
She used far too much wax, and did not always pull the paper away fast enough, meaning I've been left with very stubbly legs as the hair has broken, rather than being removed.
Finally, Bhavi Beauty is located within a busy shopping centre, yet the door to the room wasn't even closed properly at times, leaving us both feeling like we had no privacy.
All in all, it was a disappointing experience and neither of us will be returning.

Friendly helpful staff relaxing treatment which was no rushed good value I would recommend the treatment for anyone wanting tip top feet
