Please do NOT go here. I'm always weary of bad reviews, so I disregarded the bad reviews this place got and went anyways. I was very clear when I spoke to the threading lady. I told her my eyebrows took very long to grow so i wanted them to remain thick. She over-threaded them. I was left with minuscule lines. Even if I try to fill them in, they still look horrid. When I voiced my concerns to her, she shrugged and told me to get them tinted. The gaul! I returned later that evening to talk to her supervisor who asked me if I was pleased. When I told her this story she merely said "well, maybe next time you'll be happier with the results". I've never been so rudely treated before. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise everyone thinking about going here NOT TO GO.

I went to have my eyebrows threaded for the first time this morning at Benito's in Debenhams and I am very happy with the results! I was a bit nervous at first as I have only ever plucked my eyebrows and was scared threading might hurt, but the therapist was very reassuring and kind and the process wasn't really painful at all (if you want to know how threading feels, scratch quite hard under your eyebrow with your fingernail, that's basically it). I asked for just a tidy-up (the therapist said I have a good eyebrow shape and shouldn't change it too much) which lasted around 10 minutes, so it was very quick but so effective! My brows have never looked so well-groomed!
It would have been nice to have been in a more private area and I thought that £13 was perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but these two little worries won't stop me from returning to Benito's again soon!

I been there 5 weeks ago and wasn't satisfactory, but I decided to try again, today was worst than the last time, I left the place with only one eyebrow done (horrible), almost crying. I really want to know if they have idea how long it is take to grow again and is something in the face!

I had three eyebrow threading sessions on the offer and this was a good deal. No appointments were encessary and I just turned up and each time they did the treatment within 5 minutes of waiting. Quick effecient and good results - I was very happy with this offer.

The overall experience was really relaxing. The therapist was very sweet and so gentle that I was falling asleep whilst she applied the lashes. The lashes themselves looked really good. I haven't got naturally long lashes so these made my eyes look like I had on a good mascara. I would definately have the semi permanent lashes again and would recommend the venue and treatment to others.

The staff were lovely very gentle and informative, answering all my questions with patience as I was a newbie to threading and it was just before Christmas I was a little nervous. My eyebrow shape has gone from shockingly bad to fabulous after only two sessions ( I had a bit of growing in to do). The only downside is the very open and impersonal area you are seated in, beside a nail bar with lots of fumes which I found unpleasant and off putting. I got placed ina seat further away on my second visit which was better. Highly recommend the service and while it does hurt and makes you a bit sensetive, is much nicer than waxing.

I went to have eyelash extensions placed in December, at the Debenhams store in Oxford Street. The first thing that struck me was that there is no private cubicle; you just lie back in a chair in a corner of the store. This was a bit weird I must admit. But once you get past that initial awkwardness, you forget that you're in the middle of Debenhams!
The treatment took about an hour, when it should only take 45 mins. This was because the therapist found it challenging to cover my bottom lashes, but this was partly my fault cos my eyes kept watering! Once she got started, it was straightforward, pain free, and even quite relaxing.
The results were okday, but not as good as I expected. The lashes were nicely separated and even, but I don't think there were enough of them. Also, the quality of the false lashes themselves weren't the best; they should be finer and softer in my opinion.
This is the second time I've had lash extensions, I had them before with another beautician, and the results were far superior, natural and more dramatic, and lasted almost a month. Having said that, she charged me £80, and this time I only paid £18!!! So I would say that it is definitely fantastic value, and I would certainly recommend it for a one off special occasion.
I've had them in now for about 2 weeks, and am desperate to take them out now because they're getting a bit irritating to keep straight and not be able to tub my eyes! Also, because the lashes aren't fine/soft it just feels a bit heavy. So I wouldn't recommend these lashes for anymore than about 10 days of wear. Luckily, the cost of the treatment includes free lash removal at the Brow Bar, so I will be booking an appointment to have them removed this week.

Fab threading! would definitely recommend to a friend. It did hurt but i do have particularly sensitive skin and the pain was worth the neat and tidy result. I will be visiting again.

Within a day the lashes started to fall out and after about 4 days, the right eye had less than half of the lashes - so I had to get them removed. Def not very good value for money.

Fantastic service and value for money. Am really very pleased with the result - they are the best eyelash extensions I have ever had. The brow bar is situated in a quiet corner of Debenhams, just far enough away to feel that you are in a salon. I would definately recommend this treatment to others.

I went to the benito brow bar in debenhams for eyelash extensions. I thought that the overall result was OK. I am glad I did not pay full price as didn't end up with many lashes. The therapist did not ask me what look I wanted and I did feel that as I had a voucher there was not any choice. The therapist did not really talk to me through the process. The deal said they were semi permanent which was not the case, they were lashes that would last between 10-14 days.

The Semi-Permanent eye lashes were fab!! The therapist was very well prepared and kept reassuring me and asking if I was ok and explaining the procedure.
The only small issue was: they could not find my appointment because the phone number on the Wahanda voucher was for the wrong department and so my appointment wasn't scheduled. They attended me anyway because they had enough time, but it could had been a big disappointment.
Great value for the money and I would certainly go back.

Had the first of my three brow treatments at Brow bar and was really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this place, although £15 at usual price is a bit steep. On the plus side the brow bar is situated at the back of the store so is quiet and there is little scope for people to stare while you have your eyebrows done!

Everything was great- eyelashes looked great and what most important as if they were natural but they only lasted a week instead of 2 or 3 weeks-even though I followed the aftercare instructions. Still was nice to try that out...

The eyebrow bar is located on the first floor of Debenhams, just behind the perfumes counter, so strategically placed for a quick squirt on the way in! Normally there's no need to wait, as there are two members of staff and the bar isn't that busy. Unfortunately I think I'd been the first person to use a voucher there, so the staff were a little confused by it and went off to make a few phonecalls and expected payment afterwards, although I did present it on arrival, but hopefully this problem is sorted now (and the lovely people at wahanda were very good about it! Generally staff were polite and the treatment was of a good standard, with only one or two strays at the end. I would have perhaps preferred them to go a little thinner than they did, but the overall shape was good, and an improvement on what I arrived with. Note: If you do accept the offer of gel at the end, do make sure it hasn't dribbled down the side of your face when you leave- I think my beautician might have been a little over-enthusiastic in her application!
