Lovely hotel - beautiful inside. Clean & tidy. We had a gorgeous room. Swimming facilities clean and relaxing. Food was wonderful. I would definitely go back if I got the same deal again.

This is the second time I have been to Belstead Brook on a last minute spa break and will definitely be going again in the future. Fantastic value for money! The staff are particularly helpful and accommodating.

Spa break with my daughter. Thoroughly enjoyed our treatment, it was brilliant. Gabriella was excellent, an asset to the hotel. Evening meal was very nice, food all round enjoyable. Pool and spa facilities were good. Staff, however were rude and uninterested. Poor level of customer service and lack of communication between staff resulted in us feeling very uncomfortable at times and want to leave and go home. Won't be returning because of this, however may return for treatments with Gabriella!

I took my husband for a overnight stay with spa treatments for his birthday. The reception staff were very welcoming , they even changed our room straight after we complained that the allocated double room was dark due to a hedge blocking the window. We were given a lovely garden room with a little patio facing green trees where we had our coffee and listen to the sound of birds. The patio furniture was not put up and ready and there was a random plastic bag lying around in the patio area but we didn't mind given the fact that the room had to be made available for us in a bit of a rush. We were able to park our car right in front of our room which was really handy. The restaurant was really nice and cosy.It was fresh with a lovely ambience. We loved the combination of the dark beams with the crisp white table clothes and blue painted walls with matching upholstery. The restaurant stuff were friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to have been allocated a special table for my husband's birthday and his pudding came with a "Happy Birthday" message written in chocolate on the plate. Needless to say that made the evening feel really special. The food was nice. The lamb roast we had was tender and the dish was presented well. We didn't particularly like the sea cocktail. The calamari felt a bit row and out of place. There wasn't avocado in it too. The variety and the quality of the breakfast was good .
The spa, as the hotel, although clean, felt a bit tired. The spa didn't have the cold showers next to the sauna and the steam room so you have to get straight in the pool to cool down, which I thought wasn't a very hygienic option. There was a lovely outdoor spa area which, on a sunny day is a little gem. The Jacuzzi was nice too. But the top experience was the body massage given to us by a girl called Gabriella. She clearly loves her job and is a credit to the spa facilities. Overall we had a lovely stay and will be considering coming back again.

Lovely day spent here, Spa area very relaxing.
Lunch being brought out to you in the Spa area meant you didnt have to get dressed and leave the area throughout the day which I thought was agood idea.
Will definately return with my mother as she will appriciate a day spent here.
Great massage by a lovely theapist.

The treatments were great! My partner and I were very happy. The food was excellent and we both enjoyed our meals. The spa was clean with a nice atmosphere, but it could benefit from a little update and some additional features but it was still pleasurable. The hotel needs a bit of TLC the decorating is very traditional and needs to be updated. There were some bits which could have been better for instance some of the ceiling tiles were a old and a bit grotty. The bedroom we stayed in which very clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony. However, the bathroom could use an update and there was significant limescale around the shower head which we didn't use as a result. The staff were excellent and very helpful but a bit of professionalism would have made them even better. Overall it was a lovely break and I have accounted for the fact the hotel is undergoing some changes with regards to its ownership and hope it'll get even better under the new leadership.

Overall, this trip was very good and well worth it. The room was clean and inviting. The massage was excellent. The afternoon tea was fine, but a bit under-whelming. The sauna and steam rooms are small, but excellent. You can order food by the pool, but how? Do you have to get dressed to go order at the reception desk? Confusing. Breakfast was very good. The gardens were a bit disappointing. If the price was right, I would go back again.

My girlfriend and I went there had a lovely holiday for one night .We honestly shocked when we see the en-suit double bedroom It was totally amazing it is so big and comfortable , Swimming pool was all right the restaurant and service were acceptable . we really wished to stay 3 more nights, but unfortunately we had no time for that. I strongly recommend this hotel pretty good in my opinion.
