Our back massage was cut short so only got nearly 20mins instead of 30. Masseuse seemed like she was bored & didnt really want to be there.
The jacuzzi only had 3 jets working on one side. So didnt really feel anything. The water in the pool & jacuzzi both seemed to have a dirty film on top. Nice!

I went for a spa weekend, every time I went to phone the spa to book treatments for my friend andI no one answered. So i had to just turn up, blind as it were! When I got there my free treatment was not even booked. A total waste of £600.00 I did not go there for the hotel but for the Spa and it was so full we did not even get to use the pool or gym, so went to Warwick Castle for the day. The Spa staff had a ...'computer says no attitude'.... As I said a TOTAL WASTE of £600.00 I am still waiting to hear from the management as they were not around for comment at the weekend although the duty manager offered me a free afternoon tea... Once I stopped laughing at the duty manager for adding insult to injury I declined the free afternoon tea. A TOTAL WASTE of £600.00
I look forward to hearing from you!
PS this is not a fake so do not take it down.

Had a lovely day at the Lygon Arms Hotel, took a friend for a birthday treat. The staff were all helpful and the back, neck shoulder massage was excellent, one of the best i have had for a while. However the spa area of the steamroom, pool and changing rooms are all in need of updating and decorating. The pool is very 80's! Didnt spoil our visit and the treatment rooms are fine, however wouldnt rush back to use them as there are much nicer ones around. The hotel is lovely and very traditional, afternoon tea was beautiful and couldnt fault it.
