If you want a special relaxing day choose somewhere else! Spa area & extremely tired & in need of a massive face lift. Everything looked grotty, broken tiles etc & not at all the luxurious feel you want from a spa day. Absolutely no way you could spend a day here. Treatments were good & lunch was fab in beautiful setting with great views.

The massage itself was good but the treatment room was next to the swimming pool and I could hear screaming kids in the background. There was no one at reception at the time of booking and we had to wait for 5 minutes or so and then fill in the form. I felt our treatment was cut short with no fault of ours.

Cannot fault the treatments or facilities on offer! We had an amazing day! Disappointed tI discover that there was no need to use lastminute.com as the price we're exactly the same at the spa. Absolutely no benefit at all booking through last minute.com

Not a very imposing entrance to spa. Shown through "back door" not hotel.
Very attentive girl Becky. Whirl pool only warm. When reported told it often goes like that should be hot! Good lunch but very slow service. Overall a pleasant experience.

Booked as a birthday present for my friend. Thoroughly enjoyed our day. Just what was needed. Have decided to make it a six monthly event.

Really cheap so for what we had for our money so cant really complain. Could be cleaner but staff were polite and friendly, would have liked to have been warned that we had to walk a long way all through the hotel in our swimming costumes and dressing gown .Overall a pleasant day and good value for money.

Awfull experience, I had a back massage was supposed to be 25 mins long lucky if I got 15 mins. Therapist took me in after my friend but I came out before her. Staff didn't know what they was doing really unorganised. I was there for about 3 hrs and not once did someone come and check the pool or clean around it. Changing rooms are filthy and the drains smell really bad near the sauna area. Can safely say I won't be going back there again.

Massage was, good, lunch was just a bowel of pasta nothing special. The main let down was the poor changing facilities.

Nice day. Great relaxation room. Nice massage and good light lunch. Facilities in need of upgrade- pool, jacuzzi and steam room. These facilities are also shared with hotel guests. Good value for money.

Nice room, good food and lovely views. Pools ok but spa treatment itself was good. Lots of nice outdoor areas.

Gym facilities are excellent, as is the sun lounging terrace, which has beautiful views. Whole venue very clean. But, the person at the desk who greeted me seemed barely engaged or bothered. Forget to tell me lunch was included in my package, so by the time my beauty therapist arrived at 2.30 I was extremely hungry. The therapist made up for it, by getting me a menu right away, but I had to wait until 4pm for any food, as I had to have my treatments. Also, as I was using the gym the fire alarm went off and everyone had to be ushered outside into the carpark in various states of undress. I don't blame the spa staff for that, but it was still very annoying if you've just got in the shower! Overall, the venue is clean and pleasant (although jacuzzi was far too hot and I didn't see anyone go in it during 4 hours I was there). Reception needs to be less surly and more focused on the client - a smile would have been nice when I arrived - and tell them about facilities, lunch etc and less bothered about chatting to the male staff! Or maybe I was just unlucky that day. Good value for the package overall despite the gripes.
