First time at a spa and everythong was just perfect! The staff, treatments and the rooms were amazing. I'd recommend going there as it was well worth the money and can get some really good deals!

Stunning hotel, we had the bridal suite and lounged for many hours just drinkign tea whilst admiring the views from the two large windows. Room was clean, tastfully decorate (a little tired in places) with a massive marble bathroom, and air jet bath built for two!

The staff were very friendly, when we sent back the room service food for being cold they quickly remedied that and with a smile. Food was fresh, breakfast was copious and varied, Dinner was excellent and I am a bit of a foodie thus hard to please in that ares.

The Spa was a little tired and in need of an update and a makeover; my treatment was lovely and very professional.

Highly recommend to anyone!

The spa was nice although the hydropool was not working so just had the swimming pool. A drink with lunch, some sort of small freebie gesture would of been nice to compensate

Very good service will be coming here again, my only criticism would of been out lunch we both ordered pasta and when we got to the restaurant they told us that it was different but we still had it, when it came out it was a bowl of really spicy and salty pasta which was inedible so we sent it back and had sandwiches instead but apart from that we had a lovely day helpful staff ,clean areas , lovely warm robes

If you look beyond the fact the postal code took you to the hotel but not to an entrance that vehicles could use so 20min a was added to the journey to find an alternative way in. It would have been useful to have that in the instructions to the venue. The building was tired looking, not particularly clean, no feminine hygiene bins in the toilets, and complimentary tea/coffee had run out then removed when we had got changed into our gowns to relax. The Spa facilities were ok although a bit small and slip hazards were not monitored...I slipped and my fall was broken by the steam room wall. The lunch was delicious although despite pre ordering and pre arranging for a set time we had to reconfirm in the brasserie and wait. You have to walk to another building for lunch so we had to dry and change rather than other spa locations you can have lunch privately still dressed in your gowns. This was unexpected. Treatments were nice although I was in a room which was quite light and noisy and my friend had another 2 min walk to her treatment room. Our afternoon tea order of earl grey and peppermint was mixed up and we actually received English breakfast and green tea, and it was whilst we were waiting for our drinks we browsed the spa brochure to find out that our last minute deal was in fact the same price if we had booked direct which was disappointing. Whilst the treatments were ok the whole experience has left us of the opinion that we will definately not be recommending the venue and reconsidering the use of last minute.com if there was in fact no deal to be had! A bit of a fawty towers experience if I'm honest!

The location of the hotel is quite amazing but difficult to find.
The spa itself looks a bit tired. The treatments were very good and I had a truly relaxing moment.
The lunch was a bit of a joke (the farmhouse cheese and pickle sandwich ended up being 2 slices of tesco value brown bread with cheap grated cheese in the middle with no pickle at all - couldn't be worst indeed)
I would only recommend this venue as it's good value for money but would probably not go back.

The hotel is in a lovely setting, has lots of facilities, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and tidy. Only down side is the dinner was not as good as some other hotels we have stayed in, and a bit pricey. May be don't go for the full package, only b&b.

A good day. Facilities good if a little dated.
Could do with a relaxation room/somewhere to have a drink/coffee without having to get dressed and go over to the main hotel.

Great value for money. Beautiful views and very welcoming staff. Lunch was good but entrance via a different building so best to order when treatments are finished.

Myself and my friend booked for a 1 night indulgence spa package at Combe Manor hotel. I have been on a few weekend Spa Breaks but this was by far the best. We we made very welcome at reception by Rhiannon, who was able to accommodate our request for a room with a view of the beautiful grounds. The indoor and outdoor pool were lovely and perfect dor the great weekend weather. Our spa treatments were so relaxing and we felt like we we being treated as VIPs. I would definately recommend this hotel and am thinking of booking up already for next year.

We all had a lovely experience, the therapists were really lovely & it was amazing value for money. I took both my daughter's in-law for a birthday treat & treated we were to 4 treatment. I will say that the changing rooms need a bit of an update & the pool was full of children (I love children don't get me wrong) but we wanted to relax after our lunch, we did go on a bank holiday Sunday so may be that was why? Lunch was very nice & plentiful. I would recommend going as it is definitely a lovely treat & the treatments are heavenly.

Great mother daughter day. Having never had a facial or manicure or pedicure ever before I was really impressed with how much attention was paid to us and how involved they were. Nails still look great! Also think great deal to get 4 treatments and facilities and staff were great. Left feeling really relaxed
