I had my first visit to Beauty on the Spot today and I thought Dee did a great job.
She was really friendly, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I thought it was great value considering the location and i will definitely be going back to see Dee for my next wax!
Tip-top on every level! I am so happy I found this place - I have tried numerous places for electrolysis and this by far is the best in terms of efficiency, hygiene, safety, value and comfort. Dee is out of this world and she perfects customer service in the beauty industry, from the moment I walked in every time, I am put at ease, expectations managed at all times until I leave the clinic with a big smile on my face. This place is a hidden gem and in my books Dee is God-sent.
Treatment by Dee•Electrolysis
I made the appointment months in advance... I recieved a text reminder on the day as well as an option to arrange for the appointment to be earlier should I prefer it, as I had originally noted that I had prefered an earlier appointment time.
I arrived and was greeted by a friendly and warm individual. Dee introduced herself and explained how she normally does the waxing treatment. She made me feel very at ease and welcome.
She proceeded with the treatment, taking into consideration my low pain threshold! She was absolutely wonderful. Unlike many other beauticians, she uses proper Lycon hot wax (the one that dries on your skin and you pull off without needed a strip). This makes the process cleaner, faster, and a LOT less painful.
She was thorough, went over the wax with tweasers where needed, and made sure that I was absolutely happy with the wax before she left me to get changed.
I look forward to visiting her again - it was a very pleasant experiance, and I look forward to trying one of her facials in the new year... we all deserve a treat right?!

I bought a KGB voucher, and thought it was great value for the deal.
Booking via email was simple and saved the trouble of trying to phone the salon during the day (usually a problem with KGB salons).
Dee was punctual, much appreciated! Also she was really lovely, helpful and warm, which is great after a long day!
Treatment was great and even the normal price list is more than reasonable given the location in the heart of the City. I'll definitely book again!
I bought a voucher from KGB deal and had my appointment for a facial, head, back, neck and shoulder massage last week. It was really amazing. As I had a very bad neck, Dee really provided an excellent massage on my neck and shoulder.
Great location, great skill, fantastic services, I will definitely go back again!!!!!!!!
