Booked at 4 am (whilst on nightshift) for an appointment at 2 pm - excellent to be able to get an appointment for the same day. Location easy to find. Stairway into basement extremely narrow so caution needed on going downstairs. The consultation room was immaculate and the staff especially Laura were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Ear candling made a huge difference to my dull hearing and was excellent value. Looking forward to going back.
