I am someone who gets microdermabrasion done approx every 5-6 weeks. Typically I go to Body Essential - Liverpool St. This time I thought I would go somewhere a bit cheaper. Well let's just say you get what you paid for. While the woman was doing my microdermabrasion she was asking me what level the machine should be used - I have never been asked that before? Then she finished the microdermabrasion portion within I would say 10 mins, not following any sort of pattern on my face. Then left me in the room for 10 mins for a cool king mask, which normally I would say great but because I barely even felt the machine on my face, it was unnecessary. I even asked her within a few mins if she had the correct level because I don't feel anything. Regardless, was a waste of £18 and was not very professional. My face feels no different than me doing a basic exfoliation at home.

Slightly too close when using the electric file on my hands so now I have some peeling skin by my nails.

The venue looked good from the outside, but inside there was an unpleasant smell. The ladies were not awarw of my appointment through wahanda. I think I was not served by one of the hairdressers but rather an assistant.
I had a cut and blow dry. I just wanted to cut from the lenght which is simple enough, unfortunately lady serving me did not do her job well and the cut was uneven. The "blow dry" left my hair flat and lifeless.
Her touch was not one of the gentle ones as well, there was wuite a lot of hair pulling while washing my hair and drying it.
The way I was served was not the worst, but I do not feel it was worth £25.

Great value for money, lady who did my nails was very friendly and chatty. She was very quick and I was left with beautiful gel nails. It was in a great location and not too busy so I was seen straight away no waiting. Nails started to chip after 8 days but I was on holiday so I was probably putting them under stress I wouldn't have usually done.

Lovely staff that made me feel very welcome! Nice, relaxed atmosphere even though the salon was pretty busy. The lady who looked after ma gave great advice and was nice to talk to.

usually i dont write a bad review but i just had a terrible experience and as i would not recommend this place i had to share my visit to the salon
basically i booked an" EXPIATORY FACIAL " ( 45 mins ) yesterday morning for the afternoon. I was late 15-20 minutes because of traffic but the salon has not even try to contact me if im coming or not. when i got there 2 indian " beautician " ladies were there, surprised about my coming.. i was told to sit down, had to wait another 5-10 mins, then i finally got into a small box room where was hardly any space. i was asked to lay down on the small bed and the lady started to cleanse my face. now, let me clarify that i had facials dozens of times and every single time i went to a new place BEFORE the facial is a consultation when the beautician explains the client what is going to happen , the beautician asks few questions about the clients skin time but this did NOT happen in this " salon ". the lady started rubbing my face quiet hard with her chubby fingers, which did not make me feel comfortable at all ! after this cleansing she used a metal stick or smth and she started scooping the blackheads out ?!?!?! which lasted like 5 seconds and then she put the mask on my face and basically this was a facial.. when she was about to tell me goodbye i told her that this is not removing the blackheads and pimples at all then she said she will do it again.. and yes she did with her silly metal stick scooping my blackheads out which made my skin look even worse and i actually got even some more pimples today because to be honest i dont even think the tools were clean neither the beautician hands.
overall i think the ladies are unexperienced , not sure what their job is.. i understand it was a cheap facial but i deserve then some sort of facial not just ruining my skin !
i would not recommend it even to my worst enemy !!!!!!

The salon is quite small and not very glamorous but the treatments were done to a high standard . Very good value for money

I could not believe that for £3 I got the best eyebrow thread I've ever had. I think I was in the chair for the whole of 30 seconds, completely painless and did I mention it was £3?!

My facial was great, very relaxing and good value for money! And Every time I go there, I am being seen immediately, never had to sit and wait which is very important for me.

Not the most modern looking place, but the staff have been lovely and friendly and so professional. I was very happy with my treatments, and felt pretty fabulous afterwards :)

I find it really uncomfortable having to pan a place publically - I couldn't say very much to them at the time as I was with my daughter — but OH. MY. GAWD...
The appointment was for my 5 yo daughter - a simple trim. Whilst the hair cut was ok, the hairdresser said barely two words to her, she combed her hair like she'd never held a comb before and, as a result, made the whole experience really painful. The waiting couch was falling apart so I felt like I was sat on a torture device for 30mins and the general look of the place was shabby - imagaine what the picture above would look like after 20 years of being out in the rain, and you'll have a good idea.
But my over-whelming critisim was regarding the behaviour of two other customers having pedi/manicures and the fact that the staff LET it happen. When we arrived, there was a lady having her nails done by another (very friendly, tbh) member of staff. My daughter had just got into the chair when another woman walks in with a two boxes of fried chicken and chips, stiking the small salon out top the point of wretching. She then sat down and proceeded to dine out in one of the hairdressing chairs, whilst her friend - at this point having her toe nails done - opened the other box, arranged her selection of condiments on the manicurist's table - barely inches from the (hopefully!) sterelised equipment — and slobbered through hers. It was disgusting behaviour - it's a salon, not a kebab shop. The chicken-bringer didn't even wash her hands before the manicurist started on her - why oh why wasn't she told to is beyond me.
So, yeah, never again...
