I was really pleased with my first visit to Beautiful Beauty Therapy. It can be a bit strange when you go somewhere for the first time but Tracy was really friendly, welcoming and made me feel very relaxed (in fact I nearly fell asleep!). The treatments take place at Tracy's home but it is an excellent set-up and at soon as you step in the door you may as well be in a salon. My facial was excellent, couldn't fault it in any way and will definitely be going back. Also - excellent value for money.

Excellent as ever - Tracy is so friendly and makes you feel really relaxed. She is very welcoming, professional, and cheery. I always feel as if I've been really pampered. Definitely recommend :)

Tracy was warm & welcoming, I'd not had a bamboo massage before so didn't know what to expect, so she offered a mix of bamboo & Swedish & totally tailored the massage to me. Fantastic service, I'll definitely visit again.

Very disappointed. Booked on line (and paid), but then received email saying this booking could not be honoured. OK, it was a last minute booking, made very early morning for that evening, but if appointments are being offered they should be available?
It makes a complete farce of online booking if you need to ring up to check it is actually going to be possible.
Puts me off using the system & leaves me with a "credit note" for a system I don't want to use again.

Great experience, Tracy is a fantastic therapist - really friendly and welcoming, and totally thorough. She creates a really relaxing environment, and her prices are extremely reasonable due to her salon also being her home. Can highly recommend.
