A lot of care taken on removal of shellac - thank you!

The treatment was shocking. The removal was fine, but nails haven’t been prepared for a new shellac application. Nail foil was buffered a little, but not enough as there was still some shellac left from previous manicure - it was sticking out! cuticles not touched at all, no warm water bath. Glad the colour was solid at the end and it covered all, but it’s not even in the corners. The price I payed was also their regular price and not discounted as the app stated. Really disapointed!
