Probably one of, it not THE, best manicures/pedicures I've ever had!
REALLY thorough and meticulously painted. Can't rate Natalie highly enough!
Incredibly calming consultant and lovely feeling in the salon. Tucked away above the the retail premises at street level in Central Richmond so noise was minimal and privacy was heightened - made the environment and treatment feel even more relaxing.
5* and incredible value for money -
I also had a massage/facial over 5 years ago and still sticks in my mind as one of the best as well - the same consultant is still there, which just proves how reliable they are and what a hidden gem of a salon this really is!
Really lovely salon with friendly staff. Nice setting and the pedicure was very thorough. Would return. Easy to get to as well.

This is the worst 'beauty service' I have ever come across. I had the worst experience possible. The service was rushed, was treated with no respect, booking system is a mess. At the end was chucked out of the salon with wet nails as the beautician had to go home! very stressful. never go there. The customer service is appalling.
Great pedicure deal - there was a great choice of OPI and Essie colours and I loved my colour which was perfect. Really friendly staff and will defenitely revisit!
