I had a gel nails treatment here and the staff were very intimidating to start off with. There were two men and a woman working in the salon but as soon as I arrived the two men left straight away without saying anything making the experience immediately feel suspicious. They instantly tried to upsell me the acrylic manicure even though I had booked in a set of gels. The biggest problem was that despite me initiating a conversation and asking questions to the nail tech she was very dismissive and kept giving one word answers. Very uncomfortable experience, won’t be coming back. She also cut my cuticle and it kept bleeding and she didn’t even ask if I was okay!!!
Very weird. Made a booking that I had to change, the change was accepted and I headed to the salon after work well out of my way from home. When I got there the place was fully shut, shutters down and all. Luckily i hadn’t pre-paid, I went to one of the other salons down the road, paid much less and was very happy with the service and staff.

Staff very friendly and showed me how to use the sun bed. The room is private and very clean. Makeup remover provided and spray to clean the sun bed if you prefer. Will definitely be using again
