Went with my sister for a spa day and absolutely loved it. Staff were very attentive from the minute we arrived. The day was perfectly planned for us, nothing felt rushed and we didnt feel like we were on a conveyor belt like some spas I've been to. Would highly recommend. Just a little tip, when you arrive, book afternoon tea for the end of the day, saw loads of people having afternoon tea as we were leaving at 5, would have been a nice way to finish the day and it's only £13 but needs to be booked before 12.
Treatments were fabulous - our therapists were welcoming and friendly. Lunch was delicious too. My only disappointment was with the spa facilities. The treatment rooms looked rather plain and dated; thought the décor was tired in contrast to other treatment rooms I've seen/used. The pool was great (although steam room not working). Shower area wasn't good - in real need of an update. Mould in cubicles and cheap shower curtains. Changing rooms ok, but whole area looked in need of refurbishment, in contrast to the lounge and restaurant which were lovely. Having said that, really enjoyed the experience and would use again.
Lovely location, first class food and spa facilities. Fantastic staff and relaxing treatments make Clarice House the perfect destress and rest location. Beautiful accommodation and grounds. Am planning a return visit for more of the same.
Had a lovely day with my daughter, staff very helpful and friendly, spa lovely too. Food amazing really good value package. Will visit again.
