Post-session, I felt unusually relaxed, free from my usual worries. Lou's expertise extended to holistic skincare, guiding me to use essential oils, reducing reliance on steroid creams and improving my skin's condition. I wholeheartedly recommend her for rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit.

Wonderful treatment as always. Jewels is a fabulous therapist - she listens to you and your body and tailors the massage to what you need.
I feel she goes above and beyond to try to make you feel whole and well again - which as a fibromyalgia sufferer is a pretty tough achievement. I may plod into the treatment room but I leave with a spring in my step ready to face the world once more :)
