I splurged on this spa for a supposed top-notch facial and brow treatment. However, the brow and lash tinting felt like forever, and to top it off, wax dripped on my face. The facial was a mess too, with a newbie aesthetician who couldn't grasp my requests and even worsened things by trying to pop an unripe pimple, resulting in swelling and infection. The uncomfortable bed made the accompanying massage unbearable, despite my lack of back issues. All in all, not worth the money spent.
