This is my local ayurvedic centre; but its not a spa- its a shop fronted facility.
No matter, if one is after a functional service, this works good , and one doesn't have to pay a fortune either for the service. My preference is their speciality ayurveda massages, abhangya and the like.

I visited this spa with my father last year. The experience was good and my father enjoyed his massage more than me. Our session started with a consultation with a friendly young lady who asked questions on our health and emotional well being and to get an idea of our diets in order to recommend the correct oils for our massages. The massage rooms and shop itself is quite new and there is lots of parking around which is useful. My therapists massage was quite tame but it was effective. He worked and gave a full body massage followed by a head massage. The massage was quite different to oriental and eastern european massages and used some firm and fast strokes as opposed to kneading deeply. Out of preference having experienced this technique, I prefer the oriental thai technique which I found more effective. The rooms have a private modern shower cubicle with an in built steam facility which was very nice. We were offered water after the massages and were given some Ayurveda herbal liquid prescribed as per our body types and from the questionnaires we had completed and the consultation to take away. It was value for money as we had got an offer from Groupon but I wouldn't pay the advertised prices. If you are after an Ayurveda massage catering especially for older people then this is an okay place to go to but if you are like me and prefer something a bit more intense and pressing then perhaps choose another place. Note, this is a shop and not a Spa as the name of the place suggests.

very relaxing, never had two people massage me a the same time - this did take a little getting used to but was very good. I wasn't so keen on the rice milk masage I think it was a little too repetitive to be relaxing, but that is probably just me!

About 10 minutes walk from Preston Hill tube, this venue is set back in a quiet residential area. I was seen by a pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly Ayurvedic doctor for a consultation, which started on time. He was interested and thorough. Following that I was invited into a treatment room, which was clean and tidy. I then had two treatments back to back: A full body 4 hands Ayurvedic massage followed by a 4 hands Rice Bag massage. The treatment was intense and excellent. Lots of warm oil used for the first massage, and then lots of hot oil used for the rice bags. It felt a little cold in the room sometimes, but I think this was because the oil was hot, and so, when there was a small break in the treatment (to turn over, or "refill" the oil for the bags) it felt cold by comparison. I cannot say that it was actually chilly in the room. I didn't mention this to the guys, I'm sure they would have addressed it if so - they were attentive to my needs throughout.
After the massage was over, I was invited to sit in an enclosed steam bath for a while which was superb. then I was left to shower and change. I did not feel rushed in any way.
Overall, a very good experience, with the treatments done with skill and conviction - pretty intense with the 2 practitioners at the same time! I was really into it, but you may consider the 2 hand version if you prefer a less intense massage? I will most likely return to this venue to try one of their other treatments/repeat this one.

I went along quite excited with the prospect of a two therapists massage for about 2 hours. The venue is clean and staff friendly. The massage consisted of an oil head massage which was great followed by the entire body. After this came the part new to me, the rice bag massage, this was unusual but had a great feeling of having done something good for your body afterwards. As this rice massage involves applying a herbal mix to the body it is followed by a hot shower leaving you fully refreshed! Only thing to note is the 3 hour rejuvenation package is approximately 2 hours of massage with the last hour for 30 mins consultation and 30mins shower time. Great value for money!

Amazing! I had the 3 hour rejuvenation massage package and it was the best massage I've had.
I agree w the previous review - parking is v easy. That said, I was going to use the tube but it wasn't running Had it been, I'm sure that would have been fine too.
The consultation at the start was very helpful.
The oil & then rice bag massages were so attentive, thorough, warming.
I'm already trying to work out when to come back. Other massages are a thing if the past for me.

I was given a Gift Certificate to experience an Ayurvedic full body massage. I booked the appointment at the Kenton branch, being the one closest to my home. Its a beautiful tudor looking house and has off street parking (so need to phaff around with parking and/or pay and displays!). I received a nice welcome and a relaxing massage. My therapist was very kind and attentive to my needs before, during and after the massage. I felt very relaxed during the massage (i didnt even realise i had nodded off at one point!). The massage was followed by a steam, shower and time for me to get ready (dry my hair etc).

I have since attended Ayuspa on many occasions and have also attended their 2nd branch in Heston. The Heston branch has an extra service on offer - beauty! I have had my nails (manicure and pedicure) done after i have had my ayurvedic massage and felt very pampared and felt good inside and out!

Overall my experience at Ayuspa has been wonderful and i cannot fault it anyway, except that i wish Ayuspa in Kenton also offered the beauty treatments!
