The package was very good value for money as it was for 2 hours. However, it was very difficult to make the appointment and despite me explaining everything on the phone about which package it was (with very limited availability) the wrong package was booked in. This meant I received a phone call saying they had to cancel my appointment as they did not have enough time available for it.

Despite the area being a little run down, the inside of the spa was not too bad 9treatment room a little tired looking) but the massage and treatments I received were amazing!!!!!!
I had a back, neck head and shoulder massage and a full hours massage afterwards followed by a herbal infusion put into a linen bag in warm oil pummeled around my back. It was wonderful and very relaxing.
The therapist was a lovely lady studying to be a therapist in hospitals, so she knew her stuff!
Well done and thank you for a lovely afternoon.

This is fantastic little spa. The place is spotless, the staff really friendly and the treatments are great. Ask for Rita - she is fantastic!

Very friendly staff but my two therapists did not appear to speak much English and had a hard time understanding me (and vice-versa). The first part was 4 hand oil massage which was OK although it didn't really feel like a massage, they were merely rubbing oil up and down my body. I actually wondered about their qualifications and experience and if they knew what they were doing. The rice bag massage afterwards was the weirdest experience I ever had with a few little bags of cooked rice being dipped into some rather hot, milky liquid and then rubbed all over me. It was really gooey and lying there covered in this pinkish slime was not my ideal way to spend an hour. They couldn't really control the room temperature so the moment this gooey stuff would start cooling down, I'd start shivering. Not a very pleasant experience and not one to be repeated. The steam shower afterwards felt great though!

Hi, Being a fan of Ayurvedic massages as I am from India - but spend many months in the UK, I am so happy to have found Ayuspa! They offer genuine Ayurvedic massages in lovely surroundings which are a great blend of East and West. As soon as you enter the place is warm and inviting and the staff are also very welcoming. They always offer a cup of herbal tea before the treatment and make sure the massage is performed to the client's needs. I have the Abhyanga and Kizhi treatment to help my knees and it is not only enjoyable but also beneficial for my health. The prices are very good value for money and yet the quality is very high. I have seen how much other places charge for massage and in UK I haven't found anywhere else that performs good Ayurvedic massage at such a reasonable price. I visit Heston centre as it is just 5 mins from the tube. Keep up the good work Ayuspa - 5 stars all round!
