The massages here are ok, but that really depends on who you get. The staff look miserable and will quite happily talk amongst themselves and moan about the business. Not really what you want when you go there for a nice break.
My biggest dissatisfaction with this place is that it isn't actually Ayurvedic. The staff don't behave in an Ayurvedic way. they don't show any warmth, they don't know anything about their products. Also, the food they serve isn't in keeping with Ayurvedic principles. If you really want Ayurveda, then go elsewhere.

Can't comment on the Beauty and spa treatments although the staff seem customer focused? Coffee is good and so is the food. However the girl serving coffee is generally bad mannored although she seems to be OK if she knows you! Last visit there was appallingly bad. I only had two coffee's and both times I was forgotten. Money taken then left as everyone else behind me came first. But no appology, just rudely told : one minute...a great place to visit, if the staff like you? But selective customer service isn't my cup of tea!

I recently visited the Spa and was totally impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of staff. The quality of the treatments was EXCELLENT...I had waxing, eyebrows and a wonderful back massage...all done fabulously by an experienced and really lovely therapist. The treatment room was beautiful and welcoming.

Will be back for more soon.

This massage was a gift for my husband that I gave him as a result of going there myself. He really enjoyed the massage, and thought the facilities were also great. He said it was good to be able to have a shower afterwards, and the tea was also appreciated.

The treatment rooms smelt a bit like food from the café next door which was a bit odd. Other than that the room was clean, the treatment relaxing and the staff very pleasant.

While the massage itself was ok, particularly the lag/foot part being quite pleasant, be prepared for a very non-spa like experience. The place smelled of food, everywhere, including the treatment room (the food did smell delicious, but not quite what a spa should smell of!). The massage bed was only partly covered in a paper towel. No one asked me to fill in a form despite being first visit and the therapist only as an afterthought went ' you don't have any allergies right?'. Someone walked in midway through treatment. Therapist came back before I was done changing and just stood there looking at me as I finished and kept pulling at my hair while doing face massage and getting it stuck in Velcro of the hair band. In summary, the massage was ok but to be fair for maybe £10 more you can go to an actual spa with professional therapists...

Very good treatment. Only issue that put us off was when we walked in, seemed to be an issue with my Wahanda booking and I did not have an appointment! It was sorted but this mismanagement could have been avoided especially if you are visiting first time and customer care is as important as providing the service . Customers should be treated with care

Booked the full body massage, the back massage was ok not the best I have had but relaxing. The foot massage wasn't deep enough for my liking as the therapist wore gloves so was a bit slippery. The best part was the facial massage that was amazing, so relaxing I nearly went to sleep. I would def book that again! The salon is really nice, it's modern and clean and has a positive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and there is a cafe you can sit in after. I would def go back.

I really loved the Top to Toe massage, money well spent! The only criticisms were that the towels were really rough! I was quite surprised by this, and it didn't affect the massage too much, but for the money and type of place they have set themselves up to be you'd have thought they'd use some fabric conditioner. So when I snuggled under the towel waiting for the masseuse I was a bit disappointed.
But the masseuse was great, attentive, and even picked up on the fact I was a bit cold and turned the heating up. She also gave an excellent massage.
Only other thing was the treatment room was right next to the cafe and it got quite loud in there at one point, but only for a few minutes.
Also, I didn't realise I'd be offered a shower so I might have taken some bits so I could grab a shower afterwards. But all in all a great experience, and I'd happily return.
