Hello to all of you lovely people reading my bio. I hope you all enjoy my little story. I started hairdressing nearly 20 years ago and I had my salon at the age of 19. After developing my skills in every area of the hair, beauty and barbering industry, I started working as an educator and an ambassador in market-leading brands such as Loreal Paris. Eventually, I realised that my love for hairdressing is neither working in high street catwalks nor as an educator in hair seminars, it is the satisfaction of making my clients feel amazing about themselves and leaving the salon with a smile on their faces. I am an all-round hairdresser and it is very difficult to choose my favourites however here are a few: I get very excited about drastic colour changes and colour corrections. I love the challenge and technical services are my specialities. I love working with Asian and Middle Eastern hair to create the hair goal that seems impossible to achieve. I also like to mix and match my colouring techniques to create your ultimate hair goals. I love working with naturally curly and Afro-Caribbean hair as this is another one of my specialities. Having naturally curly hair myself, I understand the challenge of finding the right haircut and style for my clients. Don’t worry as I will pamper your beautiful curls and advise you on suitable products to style your hair at home. I love cutting and styling hair. I cut depending on the feel and texture of the hair and can create your desired hairstyle from short bobs to long layered look. I enjoy barbering. As men’s hair services are not as versatile as ladies, this is a great opportunity for me to get creative. You will be amazed how minor changes can make major impacts on your looks. Hair extensions are one of my favourites as I started doing them when they were first introduced to the industry. From classic weaves to micro and nanobeads and tapes, I love adding to your hair whether you are looking for volume, length or both. I can always advise you on choosing the right colour and cut that suits your face shape, skin tone and lifestyle to achieve the ultimate personalised look for you. It is a delight to see my clients walk out of the salon with a boost of confidence and say to themselves “god I look amazing today”. I was first introduced to the world of hairdressing and barbering 15 years ago after my graduation and I was mesmerised by the artistic side of the industry. Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to read my bio! My hairdressing journey started when I was 17 doing an apprenticeship which I qualified with a distinction. I still want to better myself and learn everything there is to know about hairdressing, that’s why I am currently undergoing a further qualification in hair. I am passionate about my job and the work I create. I listen to my clients and love to interpret my own ideas to make sure that the service provided suits their image, lifestyle and personality. I also bring my clients vision to life which leaves them with a glowing sensation when leaving the salon. My favourite part of hairdressing is colouring. Highlights are a delight to do, it’s so satisfying. If you want to be a blonde bombshell, I am the stylist for you! 🙂 I also love doing balayages and ombrés. A blended balayage can be for any hair colour; rich browns, blondes, coppers, reds, any colour you can think of. A secret of mine, copper is my all time favourite colour. I love the vibrant look it gives. Long hair is another passion to me. I enjoy creating layers around the face to tailor the clients beauty. ‘Bangs’ have become a big trend recently and I absolutely LOVE them!! Styling long hair gives me a thrill. Hello Everyone My name it's Valerio, I am Italian, from Rome, I moved to Manchester in 2017. Hi everyone and thank you for reading my bio. I have always had a passion for hair. My hairdressing journey started by experimenting on my friends hair when I was a young girl. I then joined the Trafford Collage doing my full time level 2 hair and beauty and I enjoyed every minute of it. I have experienced working in high street salons and finally found the right one for me at Avesta over 5 years ago. I enjoy working with long hair. Balayages and other colour techniques are my favourites as the allow me to use my talent and creative side. curls/curly blow dry and curly hair are my other specialities. Hi everyone! Here’s a quick insight into my journey in this industry so far & thank you for reading!  I’ve been hairdressing for roughly 9 years now & it has forever been my passion. I’ve always been more of a practical learner so as soon as I left school, I trained in college to acquire the skills I needed within this profession & slowly grew more confident & learned that it was definitely the career path for me. Soon after, I went on to become a Senior Stylist and have loved every minute of it. I have strong points in all aspects of hairdressing but I’d say I love cutting & styling the most. Whether they’re dramatic cuts to just a restyle! I really enjoy seeing those little split ends come off at the end of my scissors. But don’t worry! I stay true to the client’s desire. If you ask me for an inch off, that’s what I’ll give you but I promise you, you’ll go out of the salon feeling refreshed & almost brand new no matter the length you’re looking to take off. I also really enjoy doing a balyagé. I believe it’s one of the best styles to ever come about & is such a great way to prolong the maintenance of a colour! Blonde balyagé’s or a honey brown, I love it all! I’m also exceptionally good at massaging. Client’s always compliment my ability to be able to release all tension through their scalp when conditioning. So much so that I’ve been questioned if I have been trained in Indian Head Massage. I haven’t but I guess I’ve got the touch! Having recently shaved my head from shoulder length hair, I’ve learned now more than ever how important hair can be for confidence. This is why I am invested in learning what my clients like & don’t like and finding the style that’s perfectly tailored to suit them. I’m very easy to talk to & can promise a lovely experience. I believe that every person should embrace who they are. Hair is a big part of a person’s character & I love to help my clients reflect their personality through it! I’ve relocated to Manchester from the outskirts of Birmingham to join the best of the best in order to thrive in this industry as well as learn and bounce off the other stylists within this incredible salon.
