Wouldn’t class this as a massage..I essentially was gently ‘rubbed’ for 30mins. Made no difference to the tension I was feeling in the muscles. Complete waste of money

Amar was great. He spotted body’s needs very quickly and was very eager to really persist in those areas until I actually felt the difference. Also very polite and friendly, truly thoughtful and professional. The room was quiet with a nice atmosphere which helped me relax. I really appreciate that the session was affordable too especially compared to other places.

I thought this would be a spa experience. It was not. I was not offered a place to relax before or after treatment - it’s not a spa, it’s a room where you can get a massage and a locker room that I didn’t even get to take advantage of. Wasn’t offered! She was nice, but I had to follow her up the steps after my massage to pay(?!) and she knew I had a foot fracture— that was just the process. I loved this hotel. This was the only part that was a disappointment. Not a spa and not a great massage.
