Very welcoming from as soon as we entered to when we left. Very attentive. Friendly happy staff. The spa was amazing and the cream tea was delicious. Oh and the Prosecco…the best Prosecco I have ever tasted!!!!

Had a great experience at the spa and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The facilities were also lovely and not too busy. Only suggestion would be to be able to choose the intensity of your massage rather then just a standard relaxing one.

Amazing massage! Very relaxing and with the right strength. The spa is cosy, nice jacuzzi, the sauna is very tiny. The staff is very professional and they make you feel looked after.

This was my fifth time booking the Restore spa package & like before, it was nothing short of exceptional. The spa space was really lovely & its always a treat that its not crowded. Elona and Tatsiana who did our treatments were very professional and talented. My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. The Reception Manager went the extra mile in recognising that I have been a few times & gave us some cake and an additional glass of Prosecco each, which made us feel special. Thank you!
