With gentle rocking, deep stretching and compressions, it assists in the natural rebalancing of your muscular-skeletal framework. Known as lazy man's yoga, you will feel invigorated and centred after a treatment. Thai yoga massage works to clear energy blockages and restore balance and harmony to the body.

Had the couples Thai oil massage. Very relaxing and felt refreshed afterwards. Try the tea also it's very nice. :)

good quality venue, very professional host and staff-could not fault them at all. The massage however was a bit wanting. I wanted and booked a deep tissue massage and asked the lady to focus on neck and shoulders, however I received a full body massage with not as much focus on neck and shoulders. I will book again though, and really stress upon needing more attention to neck and shoulders since the massage was still fairly good.

I have been meaning to try this place for a while, but have been a little put off by the general external demeanour of the place. The Wahanda offer tempted me and I opted for the 1 hour Thai massage. Not really knowing what to expect, I opted for a firm massage, having been promised that it would be strong and not painful.

My masseur seemed very slight but I had not taken account of the use of elbows and body weight to achieve a strong treatment. She was very competent and pleasant and gave my body a complete working over. The hour passed quickly and I emerged slightly groggy. The proffered glass of water was well received.

I would return and recommend this venue to friends and family.

I would recommend a Thai massage to my friends. I explained to Noi that it was my first time and she was very gentle with me. The 90 minutes seemed to fly by and I felt energised and relaxed for the rest of the day. Incredible!

Really good massage. I am pregnant and noi took extra care with me providing relief for aches and pains and an all over sense of wellbeing. Calming atmosphere, lovely staff.

I'd never been for a massage before of any kind so Thai massage was probably jumping into the deep end. I didn't know what to expect but went for the aromatherapy massage. Overall I felt very relaxed by the end, the girl was so nice & everyone was very welcoming. I had a lot of tension taken from my upper back but this was at a cost of discomfort. In pain today but would go again, something has obviously worked. Thai massage is vigorous though & not for faint hearted. Slept well afterwards too.

I went for an hour massage with Sherie and it was fantastic, really intuitive and knowledgeable therapists that can really 'fix' your knots! Will definitely be going again and I highly recommend this place. Wonderful little gem in Chorlton.

Lovely lovely staff and a fantastic massage. It felt very in tune to my body as aposed to a 'scripted' massage. Came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Hope to return soon ! Oh and the Thai tea and post treatment chit chat was the cherry on the top. Thanks so much :)

I had an absolutely amazing massage from Noi (hope I got her name right). It was a deep tissue one, and reached the painful but hard to get spots in my neck and shoulders. A relaxing cup of herbal tea was also appreciated!

My second massage at Arokaya. This time I went for the Thai yoga massage with essential oils. Cherie, the masseuse, was very friendly and knowledgable and I felt great afterwards. Staff have all been friendly and it has a nice, relaxing ambience and it is clean.

I'd recommend going directly to the venue as they charge less, and they have £5 off if you go in the morning.

A fantastic massage!! The therapist knew exactly what she was doing and the points that were troubling me! I was still tight after the massage but the therapist recommended a deep tissue one next time which I will 100% follow up!

Excellent combo of Thai massage and reflexology (with a distinct thai twist) from Sheree and her colleague; very welcoming, professional and (still) friendly which is worth a lot in itself

The massage that I had was OK, but it was not an aromatherapy massage. I would go back to this venue if I wanted a regular Thai massage.

I booked a last minute massage through Wahanda. Arokaya contacted me to confirm and were very friendly when i arrived. I get a lot of massages and i'd have to say this was one of the best. I like a firm massage and this was perfect! She was very nice, asked me if i was comfortable and if i felt ok with the pressure. I found it very professional, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I'd highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back!

First of all I would like to mention that the staff at Arokaya are extremely friendly and accomodating and I could fix an appointment with pretty short notice. The salon is clean and nicely decorated the only comment would be that the room could have been a little bit warmer for my liking to make it a little cosier. The massage itself was great and the whole body was being worked and I can say I felt much better for it the day after as I had been having issues with tensions and sore muscles prior to the massage. Thank you Sue! To finish the visit off, I was offered a cup of traditional Thai tea, which was very nice and complemented the overall relaxing experience.

My massage was excellent. What was *not* excellent was discovering, right as I was undressing, that I was sharing a room with another client, who was naked on the other side of a flimsy curtain (which I looked through after being surprised at seeing his clothes folded on a table). Inevitably, the other client did the same thing, and looked through the curtain midway through my massage. Since I had a massage beginning at half past the hour, I overlapped with two different clients in the other bed, and so the second client also looked through the curtain when he came in. I appreciate that Arokaya wants to book in as many clients as possible, and I like to think that I'm not that squeamish about nudity (mine or other people's)-- but I really don't think it's acceptable not to warn customers that they'll be sharing a room. Had I known I would have had two random strangers see my bits and bobs, I'd probably have said no thanks.
