We had a lovely weekend away celebrating my partners 30th. Staff of the hotel and spa facilities were very helpful and friendly. The food your could not fault and spa treatments were outstanding. We both walk away feeling very relaxed... Well until we got home to our two young children. Would highly recommend you to friends and family!

We found the staff at the spa to be very unhelpful. We were running late because of traffic and called ahead to explain. When we arrived this time was deducted from our treatment time the staff were quite rude and not very understanding.

Hotel and Valentines Meal was excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel very well maintained. Spa good, but being a qualified Therapist/Tutor myself I can only give the wrap treatment one star. Just a quick exfoliation and moisturise, and supposedly head massage which just felt like a 3 minute hair stroke - no frictions or pressure points done. The whole procedure took about 20 minutes (on price list the wrap cost £40!). However, we enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room and relaxation area. I would visit the Hotel again but would try a different treatment and Therapist.

The hotel was beautiful... Unfortunately for me, it felt like I was on a factory line. Been passed on from one place to another.. Esp With bookings and times. It was very robotic.. And really just felt
Like a number. Even the staff were like robots, except the girls who did my massage and nails were very friendly. I appreciate time mgt is the key and if it works well for
The hotel and it's customers that's great, but I would not return. We did not end up using any of the pool facilities, as it was very busy and over run, not my idea of relaxation been squashed in a jacuzzi. I found it all to odd, everyone wandering around with robes on, esp when trying enjoy the ambiance and food. Historically in spas, this kind of thing is confined to one area closer to the spa itself.

To me.. The hotel offer is to pack as many people in as possible
And earn as much revenue as possible. I feel I might as well have spent £50.00 on a standard hotel, as we spent most of ours in our room, as that felt more ambient with two old friends catching up.

Overall, it was a lovely hotel, service was great and we really didn't have to worry about anything. It was all very well organised. Personally it's just not my cup of tea.

We went for the Autumn Recovery Spa Break and thoroughly enjoyed it. The treatments were suburb, the was food delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. Spa toilets were not especially clean but apart from that the experience was excellent and real value for money.
