I was expecting a relaxing, calming pregnancy massage but it was way too rough for me (I did ask a few times for less pressure). I woke up the next morning with bruises everywhere. I was extremely sore - to the point a light shirt brushing against my arms was too painful. I will return but not while pregnant. It was more of an extreme deep tissue massage than relaxing pregnancy massage! The therapist was lovely and friendly.
