The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The spa itself had a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Lunch was really nice and we were constantly being offered drinks throughout the day. Treatments wise both my mum and I had a back and neck massage and a pedicure. My mum's back massage barely lasted 15 minutes but it was advertised as a 30 minute treatment. The pedicures were ok, they had a large selection of colours to chose from. The lady doing the treatments was not as friendly or helpful as the reception staff.

Lovely setting, really friendly staff, and the food at lunch was delicious. Luckily the sun was shining and we were able to sit in the garden, as we wouldn't have wanted to spend too much time in the spa itself because it was pretty old and tired looking.

Spa day booked by my husband as a gift. It was a lovely experience, from the moment I arrived the staff couldn't do enough for me, offering tea & coffee every time I appeared and were just generally very pleasant! Lovely pool, steam room & sauna. The jacuzzi was a bit cloudy looking, but fine. Showers were appalling, only a trickle from every one! The treatments I had were just wonderful! Jenny the therapist made it a lovely relaxing experience! The gyn is also really well equipped and was a nice surprise! I also had lunch, which was really lovely and was served to me in the spa.

It was lovely to treat my daughter to her first spa day with her best friend as a birthday treat. The gym was great to workout in, have lunch and then swim, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Felt so relaxed by the end.
Food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed experience.

had to change the date several times due to my partner not being the country and they were very accomodating. Treatments are very well priced and hotel is good. Would go again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - i had to change my booking several times at short notice due to family emergency, and they went out of their way to accomodate it. As a result the treatments were not available any more, but they agreed to substitute it for the evening meal.
the food was tasty and portions plentiful, the service friendly and impecable, the room was comfortable and all in working order; the free parking is so handy.

We went mid-week so it wasn't busy in the swimming pool/sauna/gym/jacuzzi - it was a perfect relaxing romantic break, we are thinking of going again!

We had a fantastic weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were marvellous and it was very good value. We would definitely go again, and indeed hope to book another stay when it comes up.

My husband and I went here as part of our 1st year wedding anniversary weekend. The hotel rooms are incredibly dated and are only fitting for the elderly - you get the picture yellow walls and floral curtains. It really felt as though we were in an old persons complex. The breakfast the following morning was good. We then went to have our facials. We were well aware that these were for half an hour but in reality they only lasted 20 minutes 10 of which was with us waiting for our facial masks to dry. We were seriously unimpressed with this treatment. The only good thing about Haselmere is the pub opposite the hotel.
I would strongly recommend against buying the deal as you will feel ripped off.

I took my mum here for a spa break for her 60th birthday and we had a great time. The staff were friendly, the facilities had everything we needed and the food was tasty and great value. We had an Indian head massage and express facial, and use of the spa - which had a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, pool and gym. We also stayed overnight and had a comfortable room right next to the spa.

This was a perfect mid week getaway for my boyfriend and I. The venue is quite small, but gave a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. We ate in the hotel restaurant which cannot be faulted! The staff in both the hotel and spa were very friendly and helpful and ensured we had a wonderful break.

Nice location, good facilities, room ok, staff friendly but confusion.
We bought the voucher because it stated 60 mins massage each, were then told when booking that it was 30mins. When we got there, the therapists, towards the end of it, said it would last only 25mins!
Also, it was not clear that it could not be used at the weekend so we had to pay a 20£ supplement.
On the top of that, my partner, while having breakfast, found a 'shot'/small screw looking like item in his sausage.
Not the best weekend, we ve had...
Could hardly felt that i was having the massage. Even though i had told the person i suffer from tension in my shoulders, and that she could therefore press hard, it was a very soft one.

Th hotel & staff were great-very accommodating & helpful.
We had the pool ect to ourselves which was nice.
Unfortunately my therapist was young & small with no power behind her-it was like being creamed, instead of massaged!!!
All in all we all had a good time-despite the worst massage ever!

I thought that the hotel and bar/dining facilities were maybe aimed at an older clientèle though all were comfortable and clean. The surrounding village was nice. The pool and spa facilities were good.

The hotel was nice, could have been a bit cleaner in the rooms as there was dust on the bedside table lamps. There were complimentary shower/shampoos in the bathroom but no robes or slippers-they would have been nice.
I booked two treatments which should have been at the same time but there was only one therapist in on that day.
The food from the hotel restuarant was lovely which you can have as room service.
Overall I rated the value as ok as the hotel itself offered the same deal as Wahanda but cheaper!

Went with my dad - very clean rooms, the therapist was sick but the staff did everything they could to give us our treatments, a lovely setting and the restaurant does exceptionally nice food for a very reasonable price. All in all a great time! Only thing - watch the VERY slippery tiles around the pool, very dangerous ad we both nearly went over a number of times. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.

I decided to take my mum to the spa for her holiday and although the location was spot-on, the spa and hotel were a little disappointing. They reminded me of a business hotel rather than a luxurious spa and the swimming pool and spa were a little disappointing. The stay was however very relaxing and the facial was loverly.
