Nail quality can depend on the technician you get. You can be left sitting for a while until a technician is free. For take off I was sat for over 45 minutes with my hands in a bowl of varnish remover which i found odd. Don’t do that at other salons

I asked for 2 inches off, long layers, face framing layers and my fringe to start from my chin (curtain bangs). Instead i got a choppy hair cut not blended. She said she’ll curl it for free so i didnt get to see how it looked when she cut it and didnt realise till I went home. The layers werent blended and the curtain bangs are choppy and short starting from my nose. It was like a person tried copying off youtube to cut my hair and it went terrible wrong instead of a trained hairstylist cutting
