Very thorough dermalogica facial - afterwards my skin felt clean and soft. Was given an excellent arm massage while face mask was on which was relaxing

I was the last appointment of the day on a busy Saturday but still felt looked after, nothing was rushed. The treatment was good and the staff were friendly, the treatment room was very relaxing. A very relaxing experience overall and I would go again.

The staff were very polite and professional however I wasn't asked any questions by the beauty therapist as to any concerns and problem areas. The massage itself was very good, maybe a bit too hard for my liking (again, I was not asked what pressure I would like) but no pain, no gain!
