I was really pleased with the result of my colour treatment, and each time I come back it gets better. The salon is a lovely clean and relaxing environment. My appointment was scheduled for an hour but actually took more than two. Be aware, parking isn't very close by, so put plenty of time on the meter.

I had a wash, cut and a blow dry and it was excellent. The hairdresser suggested me a hair cut and it suited me very well. Very pleased with my hair now.

Staff all very lovely and seemed knowledgable. Pretty punctual service.
Only slight disappointment is they applied product to my hair without asking first - I don't like too much product, doesn't suit my hair & it was too late, she went for and I just asked her to stop with the hairspray.
Great experience, my senior stylist worked wonders to fix my hair colour disaster! She gave me a great consultation and left me really pleased with the result. I came in with botched highlights and she softened my streaky blonde hair in to a much more natural look. Such a relaxing experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back.
Had a really good experience at the salon. I have been to the main head office branch near Holborn, I am glad that Aveda is available in Billericay.
Nikki is a very good hairstylist and the staff is very friendly.
Definitely go there again.
