I enjoyed my facial, but Agata did not do a skin consultation with me before we began to discuss my skin type/preferences. I've also never had a facial where a pin has been used to open the pores during extraction which was painful & unfortunately I've been left with bad bruising - but I do understand that can happen after extraction when pores are deeply blocked. The mask was amazing, but could have been enhanced by head/neck massage whilst it set (not expected but would be a nice addition).

Agata was great, provided a really effective, relaxing deep tissue that helped restore a lot of movement in my back and shoulders after. Great location and facilities too.
